Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff was tremendous. We arrived early and they worked to get us into the room. Additionally, there was an incident with an elderly handicapped person who encountered difficulty getting into her Uber. The staff rushed to help her and provide comfort. The room was huge, well furnished and very comfortable.

NetherlandsYou will definitely need a car to go anywhere from the hotel, the location is somewhat secluded. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but it needs to be reserved in advance and is not per say available then, as it may alreadt be occupied. Thus although advertised as having a shuttle bus available, it is more like a bus that is a taxi with fixed destination. This means that the hotel is quite secluded and you are very dependant of a car. Although the rooms are clean and comfortable, other than that there isn't much to do in the hotel and definitely not in the neighborhood.
The hotel was clean, spacious. The staff was incredibly kind and accomodating. The beakfast was very nice, with options for a continental breakfast and a la carte. The variety is big and the service fron thebstaff excellent. Theybare chil friendly, read very accomodating and patient! I also ordered a bunch of packages to the hotel, which arrived prior to my arrival. The staff took excellent care of these. Lastly, we ordered a crib for our baby in advance. The crib was nicely assembled in the room when we checked in.
