We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Stateslots of action of course for Presidents weekend . A strange fight broke out in the bar area at 1040 at night involving a wedding party. Rather than someone calling 911 they pulled the fire alarm which freaked everyone out in the hotel

Comfortable room. Ample supply of outlets and USB plugs. I was happy for the provided toiletries and hair dryer. The free cookie at check-in was nice, but complementary breakfast would be even nicer.

United StatesLittle tricky finding the pool and weight room. I know it’s nit picky but it was annoying that the lightbulbs in the desk lamp were different types and gave off different light within the same fixture. We asked the front desk about Gluten Free options in the area and they gave us vegan/vegetarian options. Those are not the same thing. The electronic lock on the side door near our room only worked with the key card (not the e-key we had in the app)
The common areas are well maintained and clean. Bartenders were friendly and engaging. We asked for extra towels and they were delivered timely and by a friendly housekeeping staff member.

The hot tub was huge & the indoor pool was good too. However pool seemed a little too cold. The hot tub was very hot and the best part of the hotel. The outdoor sitting was nice. The hotel does not provide free breakfast. Staff was very nice.
