The hotel was nice but the layout is a little confusing. It took us a while to find an elevator to get down to the first floor and we couldn't even find a stairwell to use.

The room smelled like that old wet smell like mold possible but it wasn’t to bad and the ac kept turning off or didn’t get cold enough when trying to sleep and no long mirror in the room other then that the room was fine

The look on the outside is deceiving! When u you go inside it looks so grand! The bar looks cool and big! But I was nice and not what I expected the staff was nice

Seems somewhat overpriced, no snacks available at bar, not enough elevators, I didn’t like that we couldn’t order room service from the Hilton app.

lots of action of course for Presidents weekend . A strange fight broke out in the bar area at 1040 at night involving a wedding party. Rather than someone calling 911 they pulled the fire alarm which freaked everyone out in the hotel

really accomodating for a hockey tournament and alot of kids.

we had three people, so tried a king with a pull out. the pullout was poor and unmade when we arrived. In hindsight we should have gone with two queens but never the less...

the hotel was so close to all the sites we wanted to go to, the exercise room was nice and roomy, and it was easily accessible

There was some black mold going on in the bathroom. There was a hole in the ceiling above the toilet and when I took a hot shower the black dust from the ceiling started falling on me.

Loved the Starbucks, good restaurant and bar, they offered me a warm cookie.

I did pay over 200 for one night in a room and the room I was put in the tub wouldn’t drain properly.

The overall stay was great enjoyed having the pool and the rest of the perks.

The room was very dirty especially the bathroom. Found a couple of bugs. There was a bag of trash behind a couch. Carpet very dirty

The towels are terribly rough. I was surprised to feel something poking out of one of my pillows and pull out a feather. Are we really still using down pillows in 2024?

Comfortable room. Ample supply of outlets and USB plugs. I was happy for the provided toiletries and hair dryer. The free cookie at check-in was nice, but complementary breakfast would be even nicer.

Little tricky finding the pool and weight room. I know it’s nit picky but it was annoying that the lightbulbs in the desk lamp were different types and gave off different light within the same fixture. We asked the front desk about Gluten Free options in the area and they gave us vegan/vegetarian options. Those are not the same thing. The electronic lock on the side door near our room only worked with the key card (not the e-key we had in the app)

The common areas are well maintained and clean. Bartenders were friendly and engaging. We asked for extra towels and they were delivered timely and by a friendly housekeeping staff member.

The bathroom was not very clean. The pool and our room didn’t have a patio.

The hot tub was huge & the indoor pool was good too. However pool seemed a little too cold. The hot tub was very hot and the best part of the hotel. The outdoor sitting was nice. The hotel does not provide free breakfast. Staff was very nice.
