Everything was good. There was so e construction so it was hit or miss on water and weather wasnt the best so TV reception kept going out. The Em0loyyes are what made the stay Awesome.

The bathroom. It's too small. There are no hooks for towels or clothing. Our door stuck badly. It was warped. The exhaust fan didn't run. The glass door flooded the room with light in the middle of the night. Just lots of little design flaws.

Bed was not so good. Mattress was hard and duvet kept separating during the night which led to having to wake up to fix the cover. Not a good nights sleep.

Shower was great with lots of hot water. Air conditioner was great.

The walls are thin between rooms. I could hear other guests tvs and conversations, which made it a little difficult to get to sleep. The bed wasn't terrible but it was a little stiff. And for the price of a one night stay I feel like breakfast should have been included. After taxes and fees I paid over 200 dollars for one night, basically a 12 hour stay.

Check in was quick and easy, staff were very friendly, facility is in a good location and clean

The bed was not comfortable. The walls were paper thin. The people above me got up at 5 AM and it sounded like they were dragging a huge heavy cart across the floor over and over for at least 30 minutes. I have no idea what they were doing!!!

It was pretty nice…. The cookie was good, a nice big TV, had a fitness center.

The pillows were horrible. The guests near my room were loud and didn’t go to sleep until about 3am. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. I didn’t notice the shower was half cleaned and had long hair in it until night time.

I liked the size of my room as well as the decor in my room. The staff was great. Every team member I encountered was pleasant.

The room was quite dim when even with all the lights turned on. The bathroom however, was very well lit.

Mr. Jose, working the front desk was highly professional and personable. A clean room, adjustable temperature controls, and a good bed with lots of pillows provided a good sleep. I felt safe as the room seemed secure. All staff I encountered were very friendly and attuned to good service. The two complimentary bottles of water were real nice and necessary after my lengthy travel. Very easy checkout.

The only thing we did not like was there was no place to put your own soap dish or shampoo. A small corner shelf wouldve been perfect

I didn't like the fact, my mother's room didn't have all of towels she needed - and when we tried to order breakfast from the restaurant - we were told it was closed and no one knew about it UNTIL that morning.

The rooms were ok, although I was with my family - I would've liked our rooms to be together.
