Breakfast not so good. The scrambled eggs were dry and not very warm.

Lunch at the pool (I had club sandwich) was very good. Except the Thousand Island dressing not so good. Years ago I always ordered the club salad with that dressing and it was delicious, very thiick.

The property was centrally located, easy to facilitate around, and was beautiful. Had a walking trail… Very nice. The dining facilities were exceptional! The food was good. The coffee was hot, and the dining experience was warm and friendly. Really enjoyed guest services/housekeeping services. The Lady Attendant on floor 11 was exceptionally kind; when I lacked an incidental, she went out of her way to make sure my needs were met in a very gracious way. It’s not often that I meet an attendant that is so readily available to the guests. Her demeanor and attitude were so kind and refreshing. I appreciate that.

Room had some strange noises. Either coming from the vent system or somewhere. Suggested tagging your bell carts (Apple Air-tag) as there were no Bell carts @ 830p

Caught off guard with the cost of breakfast.

In a very nice area, super clean. Both pools very nice. The property itself has a lot to offer. Unfortunately we only stayed one night so didn’t get to enjoy everything but would stay again.

The staff were all welcoming. We were in town to attend a show at The Factory. The Doubletree was very close to the venue. The room was perfect and the breakfast was wonderful.

Major issues with room service. Took over three hours to almost get the order right. When it was delivered it was sent in a cardboard take out box, not ideal for eating im bed almost impossible to eat eggs benidict oit of a box with with plastic silverware and no knife

A/C was always blowing across the queen bed next to me, onto my bed, even when I turned the A/C off (it didn’t turn off), so I built a wall of pillows around the first bed to prevent the air from blowing on me as hard.

Check in experience was lacking, the person did not provide the welcome letter and we did not know about restaurant hours, also Sunday breakfast was a bit hectic, only one person taking care of the whole service, and she was nice but visibly stressed. It almost felt bad to be ordering there.

Kim was excellent, she made the experience better for us, despite the initial experience at check in.

I was looking for a very nice hotel for a night away with my husband. I knew it would be on the higher side but that’s to be expected. Hotel is dated and could do with sprucing up. Our room was small. the bathroom was so small it couldn’t even fit a sink in it which was in the main room. There was no extraction in the bathroom either. Room had nuts on the floor from previous occupants. They don’t make it very clear that the sports facilities including the pool are part of any outside club. When we arrived on the Saturday we were told we could use the pool but it was very busy due to a club party. They weren’t joking. As the pool was one of the main reasons we booked here we were very disappointed. They forgot to give us our breakfast vouchers. Nobody was on reception, which again is very tired looking, when we arrived and no bell to announce our arrival. We didn’t wait long but the lady was not welcoming. No smile. Location was good and outside area was safe and clean. At $260 a night certainly not good value.

While in my room I had to requests for clean sheets two different times. I also woke up the next morning with blood stains on the sheet and I know I changed the sheets two times. Must have bed bugs!??!! Also the toilet had to be fixed because it ran over a few times. We only stayed one night and I am grateful that I didn’t have to pay for extra nights.

Prom for a high school was happening and that was nice to see

The staff at the front desk was rude the day we arrived; there was no microwave in the room, you had to pay for breakfast. The dinner there was absolutely ridiculous on price and it was horrible.
