Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I had booked through Booking.com and had to change date of reservation. I made the date change, booking.com rep said they worked it out with Hotel. But when I checked in the desk clerk would not honor the change, even with a reservation code!
Quiet clean comfortable room, friendly wait staff.

The cost was not worth the stay. There was not a microwave in the room, the toilet has a crack in it, the shower is small (as if on a cruise ship). The a/c was not very cool.
Great view of the mountains. There was fruit infused water in the lobby… if they would remember to refill it and provide cups when it was full.

The AC in our room didn’t work, and every morning I woke up sweating and uncomfortable. My younger sister even got nosebleeds from how hot it was. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing was ever fixed — super disappointing and made the stay miserable.

The pool was okay and needed some work. Pool area needs some work.. Sandy stuff at the bottom, paint coming off the ceiling,
The lighting in the outside deck/smoking area was nice and the staff were very nice and courteous.

The hotel needs remodeling. The carpets in the hallways are super stained and dirty. The restrooms downstairs where out of order. The light cones and accessories in the bedroom were oxidized. We took showers with really cold water since it never got hot.
The room itself was clean which is the most important part.

A breakfast with some variety.
Breakfast had only 3 items for the breakfast buffet, for a family of 4 to pay 55 dollars with tip for a 3 item buffet is the sole reason why I would prefer to find a different hotel next time.

Love that it had a restaurant to didn't have to worry about breakfast. However, I did get charge two different prices on separate morni ga for a child. I do believe they need to ask questions before creating your bill

Finally ran into a Donald Trump toilet? Was taking forever to flush the toilet multiple times water kept going down but nothing else hotel is 45 years old and the toilets where I suspect 45 years old also with a 5 gallon forever flush in my case. Kept having to flush just to make the stuff go down maybe eight times to 10 times just to get things gone. Of course done off. Trump is also flushing important documents down the toilet to sure

The floor we were on had buckets of water in the hallways because the ceilings were dripping. The cleanliness was also lacking. There was food stuck to the wall behind the couch, the pool was a bit run down, and the overall hotel looked like it lacked maintenance.
The location was great. Right by RTD and only 15-20 minutes away from Denver. It also had a pretty, lit up outdoor area.

NO COFFEE at Free bar!!! We stay in a lot of hotels and 95% have coffee in the am. It’s really the principle but I spent $1200 to stay and to nickel and dime you and charge me $4 for a small cup of okay coffee is not okay with me.

Kinda outdated and there were no screens on the windows . A/C Heater was super loud.
Clean room and comfy beds. Pool and hot tub were ok. There were no pool towels when we went to the pool.Was surprised that if you wanted breakfast it was an extra charge per person. There was some construction going on as well. It was an OK stay for us but for the price felt we got what we paid for.
