The hotel restaurants were great, but pricey.

We didn't have a car, so it was a little isolated, although restaurants were only a 10 to 15 minutes walk away. Uber into town was $17. No airport transfers available.

The rooms were quiet, clean and well- appointed. The Grab and Go coffee and food was very handy. Having 24hour check-in was great after a 3 hour plane delay.

No receipt for the dinner. Didn’t see the bill till the next day. It was expensive!! For 1 pizza, 1 beer,& 1 glass of wine shouldn’t be no $75

Beds are just not great. Mattress is barely passable, and pillows leave a lot to be desired. I did not sleep well both nights. AC is a bit noisy too.

The shower temperature gauge was difficult to use for my room, maybe this isn't the case in all rooms. The water wouldn't come out hot or cold for a long time even when set at the maximum, and when it did it was sudden. The tub faucet didn't have this problem.

Room was clean, spacious and well decorated. The AC worked very well and the linen was comfortable. I liked the security of the gated parking lot and requiring to use a room key to access the elevators. Staff was courteous and professional, checking in was easy.

Certain rooms are very noisy, we heard the elevators go up and down all night long. Airconditioning is equally loud, so no uninterrupted sleep even with ear plugs. Charges for parking are just ridiculous all over Denver and this is no exception.

The room and bathroom are clean, very comfy beds, friendly staff. It’s nice to have the bars around, as the area around the hotel doesn’t have much to offer. Parking on property.

It’s just one staff who didn’t bother to help with reservation issue making guest to panic for a late night check in due to flight delay … very frustrating!!!

Pool water didn’t seem to be super clean; same for hot tub. Parking was confusing. Took me several days to realize there was parking on the second level ( I had asked about better parking spot closer to an entrance with no reply). Food was very expensive for the value. Elevator use was confusing, like wack a mile.

BIG pool, excellent weight room, friendly staff, good to excellent food. King size bed was very comfortable. Luxurious lobby and food areas

Wish I could make the room a little cooler with the ac, a little more room darkening curtains since light came out the bottom and middle still, little more breathable blankets , little more water pressure, but these did not take away from my experience! It was what I needed !

Parking fee = Outrageous!! We stay at a different hotel almost weekly for business and rarely do we have to pay for parking. It makes it unaffordable for repeat stays. Hilton members shouldn’t pay for parking.

Parking lot in front of the hotel was cramped and hard to maneuver. Parking in the garage was okay, but the pavement was bumpy and uneven, hard to get a luggage cart through it and was uneven. The location was a little hard to get in and out of.

Breakfast was good in the restaurant - but expensive. Staff was pretty friendly and accommodating.

I loved everything about the whole time I stayed in Denver. I grew up in the area, and the hotel has changed a lot over the years for the better. Honestly, there is nothing bad that I can say about the time I stayed at the hotel.
