PARKING! I have a large passenger van that doesn't fit in parking structures. When I finally asked where to park it was a block AWAY. Also I had to pay for parking AND the key card gate wouldn't let me out

Outdated. Door to stairs near our room was propped open and damaged. Elevators were very slow. Eggs one morning were really gross.

Very dated - it is in need of some TLC. There’s mold in showers, water stains, the AC never really gets cold, when others on your floor leave their rooms- doors slam loudly.

It was less than 10 minutes from downtown and old market.

Water problems. Tub wouldn’t drain for me. Had to shower in dirty water. My friends other room sink wouldn’t drain as well. They had theirs fixed but it did it day 2 as well.

The first two nights my TV did not work. I asked for new linen, and was given queen sheets for a KING bed. Asked again and was brought two flat sheets. Housekeeping made the bed but never changed it. We were give complimentary breakfast. However, I do not eat pork or beef and they did not offer turkey options. Still waiting to be given rewards for my inconvenience…prefer a discount instead. You can hear the elevator running between floors if your room is close to the elevator and ours was. Just not what I expected for the rate.

The stupid coffee pot!

The beds were good and it would have been nice if someone could have told us how to work the coffee pot in the room! That kinda sucked cuz we spent alot of time trying to figure it out and came to the conclusion that it was probably broke! Other than that the stay was great!

You have to purchase breakfast. Parking is $10, and you have to park in a garage attached to the hotel, but sometimes people hangout in there and smoke. There was construction in front of the hotel making the entrance and exit kind of weird and the street directly in front was a little sketch.

It was a safe space. The hotel staff was so nice, we were in the wrong room and she walked the new card up to us! Room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was usually pretty quick.

Our toilet wouldn't flush and continued to run. We told the staff 3 times. The maintenance said it was fixed but it wasn't. We had to go to the third floor to use a restroom. We were on the 16th floor. The next day our entire room flooded. About 2 inches throughout the bathroom and soaked the carpet in the bedroom and living room.

Breakfast was good, tasty, and plentiful. The staff didn't tell us it closed at a different time during the weekdays.

The fact that you pay so much and still have to pay $20 a day for breakfast. There is no way breakfast shouldn’t come with your stay. I ate potatoes and4 slices of bacon and had to pay $20 for it! That’s RIDICULOUS!

Rooms are outdated. Asked for rooms together and we were placed on the 4th and 14th floors. Breakfast was expensive for what it was. Expected much more from the buffett.

All we really needed was a place to sleep and the bed was comfortable.

Only problem I had was the maid service kept beating on my door every hour starting at 830am on a Saturday! Only day we were able to sleep in and check out wasn’t until 12pm. Wasn’t happy!

OUr room was on the 8th floor. We were there to attend a near by concert. The hotel was very busy but only one elevator was working so waiting for elevator service was long. The only working one was hot and packed. The bathtub in our room drained extremely slowly. No hair conditioner. THANK GOD THE AC worked! I complained about the tub and the attendant offered to take $120 off my bill, but he did so to the wrong room! This still is not resolved.

Parking was close. However, we unknowingly came in on the back side of the hotel. THere were no signs outside that clearly explained what that entrance was for so I ended up walking quite a way to get checked in. Staff was polite but had no personality.
