The view of the city was beautiful. The front desk staff made my birthday very classy.

Hotel room was very nice but needs updates. The carpet was torn at the door to enter and the windows were so dirty you could not enjoy the view. The refrigerator did not work but we really didnt need it or waste time to get it fixed. The staff told us our room was not available, and we needed to wait 30 minutes. When we got up there the manager told them to take the blocks off the room so they could start getting people to their rooms. Very frustrating. Very odd to get ice you have to go down to the front desk and they get a zip lock bag of ice out and hand it to you. Just an inconvenience especially being on the 10th floor. No where on their site says you have to pay $25.00 to park and their garage is in the Huntington Bank garage would be nice to know that upfront. We had to call because we could not figure out where it was.

Housekeeping knocks on the door and Wakes you up around 9am when checkout is 11. There is no reason housekeeping should try and enter the room Before checkout.

I had an employee named Giorgiana that reached out by text saying that anything I needed could be requested through that text thread. I texted several times and never got a response. The bathroom needed work. Wallpaper peeling off the walls and the shower leaks all the way into the rest of the bathroom floor. I actually didn't shower because I didn't want to deal with that. My husband had already showered, and I realized there was so much water on the floor.

The two people working at the check-in desk were great. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm.

Although the location was good. Finding where to park was difficult. Being in an unfamiliar location we had to drive around a couple times thinking we missed something. We ended up having to call to figure out where to park

Def dated, bathroom trashcan had no bag just an exterior box so trash laid on the floor, shelf for towels was broken. There was coffee grounds but no coffee pot, walked to the lobby instead but that pot was empty...

The ceiling in the shower looked like it had mold on it. Needs updating but I imagine if it was the price would increase.

Location was great. We were in town to see a performance at the Palace Theatre which was one block away so we were able to walk there. The restaurant and bar were both very nice and the food was excellent. Bartender was extremely friendly. Room was huge. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Price was very good.

Extremely old, carpets felt dirty, shower pressure was extreme and unable to be changed, shower didn’t drain and neither did the sink. Whole place really needs a face lift, for the price it wasn’t overly pleasant

There were no glasses or cups in the room. There were no sheets pillows or blankets for the pullout bed. The pullout bed was one of the least comfortable I have ever experienced. The hotel seemed clean but there was an overall feeling of shabbiness...of a need to be updated.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Staff quickly delivered items listed below that were missing from the room. The location was very convenient to be able to walk to several different neighborhoods

The computer system messed up when I went to pay. My bank accepted the transaction and it came out on my card, but the manager's system kept saying it was declined. The manager eventually allowed us to go to our room, but said we would need to figure it out in the morning. Fair enough, she needs to be paid, but it put me under a lot more stress than I needed to be under. We ended up canceling our second night and just stayed for one night because of the my card continuing to decline because the amount came out the first time. I ended up having to cancel the pending transaction on my card to get my money back since there was nothing the manager could do on her end.

The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great. The room was spacious and big enough to have more than two people in it. Definitely great for a family stay.

The phone in the room did not work, there was no trashcan, and the concierge was rude upon arrival. I had booked through Booking.com and they said they were unable to give me the reservation because it was past check in time. This is despite me, calling them, asking one hour past the alleged check in time if this was allowed and the concierge on the phone informed me that I should book a reservation online. overall, my stay was OK but when I asked if I could extend my checkout times the concierge told me I was unable to and eventually said that I had to check out "at tweleve o clock on the DOT" in a condescending manner.
