The ONLY thing that I disliked was the position of the TV being in the center of the room, with certain people either sitting on a bed or on the couch not being able to see the screen. The layout of the room would need changed or an addition tv is needed.

The peloton bike was not set up. The bed was sunken on one side, needs to be rotated.

Lobby is nice, spacious suites. Full fridge and cook top were clean.

Small things. No complimentary water on day 2. Seems a bit “cheap” considering the cost. Couldn’t regulate the heat. Lights would dim then get bright at random times. Don’t know if they were meant to do that. Would have been nice to have information in the room as to eating places.

Clean, good sized room. Excellent breakfast.

Decor a little worn out, could use repair/updating. Bed blankets were sad. Drinking glasses all appeared dirty.

Surprised that I have to have 50dll as deposit and when I check out the money didn’t back to my card (the clerk at front desk said few day to make a credit in your card). Today is Thursday Nov 15 and my card HAS A SECOND CHARGE OF 50 Dlls more. I’m very disappointed on this process. I will make today an other call to ask for a credit to my bank of 100 dlls.

The lotion dispenser in our room next to the sink had fallen off the wall while we were away. When we came back, it was laying on the vanity. It appeared to have previously fallen off and had been hot-glued to the wall as a "fix". I also noticed a little bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling by the door. Also, while we were away from our room, I had called the front desk and asked someone to bring clean towels and Kleenex to our room. We we were away at the moment, and I authorized them to just bring them and leave them for us. I was told that they would bring them up, but to my surprise when we got back, these had not been delivered. Someone at the front desk called our room phone and left us a voice mail that they tried to deliver the items to us, but no one was there and they had no authorization to enter our room (this was after I had specifically authorized them to enter the room and leave them, so not sure why they said they weren't). As far as everything else, it was a fairly good stay. The breakfast buffet was adequate with a small variety of foods. The only exception was that there was something floating (black particles) around inside the orange juice dispenser, not sure what it was--food? The pool and fitness center were also great.

The breakfast bar was really good. There was a nice but small variety of items on the bar (eggs-boiled and fried), ham, sausage, a variety of breads and bagels, coffee and teas, apple and orange juices, fruit, yogurt and oatmeal, and cereal. There were different meats served each day; one day was Canadian bacon, and the next day was sausage. The staff was prompt at cleaning up spills. The only issue that I noticed was that the orange juice dispenser had something black floating around inside of it (food?). I was not able to locate a staff member at the time to inform them of this. The hotel was quiet for the most part, and climate controlled. The beds were comfortable and the room was generally clean.

The temperature control in the room. No way to regulate it. It was motion sensored so during sleep and no movement in the room, the AC would never kick on. It got very stuffy. When we would return from being out all day the room was hot and stuffy, again because no motion in room. Crazy system, a guest should be able to regulate temperature for comfort.

Excellent breakfast, great location to Carmel City Center and Monon Trail. We would consider returning except for statements below regarding temperature. We did not sleep well.

The beds really need to be upgraded. They were not comfortable at all, and felt like we were all sleeping on rocks. We had a 7.5 hour drive (so this was disappointing for the price). Sadly, the couch was more comfortable The front desk lady who checked us in @950pm, was not helpful at all. (She was the one who had multi-colored hair & wore a face mask.) She did not confirm any details about our reservation. She just checked my ID & handed me our room key cards and said nothing. No information about how to find the room, where up park, or where an elevator was located, nothing. I had to ask all these things.

The hotel was great! We had a queen suite. The room was very large, twice as big as any in the Indianapolis area. The best part was we had a full size refrigerator, and the free included breakfast was top notch! The 3rd shift okay lady was very helpful. Got us items we had requested at check-in that the 2nd shift lady did not accommodate. Very friendly & hard-working. The morning check-out guy was also very friendly. The housekeeping team does a very great job. The property was extremely clean.

Facility-wise, it was great! The only thing we weren't happy with was how loud our neighbors were because they were arguing out in the hallways throughout the night.

Had some trouble at check in. Apparently there's some issue with third party payment through booking.com and their system. I arranged for the affirm payment, but while checking in they wanted to place a hold on my credit card for the entire amount of my stay, effectively temporarily paying twice. I finally convinced them that I had already "paid" for the room and they then determined they just needed to run a $50 incidentals hold on my card, which was reasonable.

SLOW DRAINING BATHROOM SINK & SLOW DRAINING BATHTUB/SHOWER! VERY ANNOYING! AND YUCK!

Clean, spacious room with everything you need EXCEPT the bathroom sink that wouldn't drain properly & the bathtub/shower that wouldn't drain properly!

Our room was not the cleanest. I found hair in the beds sheets. There was smudges of grossness on Ali’s of the walls. The bottles of shampoo, conditioners and body wash were completely empty! And there was teenagers running and yelling to the very early hours of the morning!

Location was great! It was quick and easy to get back on the road! I loved the little kitchen, it was wonderful for our little family!
