Facilities are definitely run down. No one told us when we checked in that you need to request for your room to be cleaned, and you have to ask every. Single. Day. Some of the front desk staff were very rude and gave is attitude when we asked for assistance. If you’re there on a Saturday night & have a room in the back beware - the pub next door blasts music tills like 10:30

Location is great. Rooms are generously sized. Cookies at reception.

The air conditioning was broken the day I arrived, they mentioned it was getting fixed, so I agreed to enter the room, it was NOT FIXED for 2 days, after this, I decided to change rooms, wich was a very good idea because it was very hot those days. - I had breakfast there the first morning I was in the hotel, what a mistake, the pancakes and sausage where microwaved and not even well served. it was very expensive for what it was.

the location was ok for the conference I attended the staff was friendly and helpful as much as they could the rooms are very silent

When we first arrived, the air didn't work for 2 days. We ended up having to switch rooms in which that room, the hot water didn't work in the sink. It would trickle and then stop running completely. Also, the breakfast wasn't available for 3 of my 5 mornings.

I like the location and its proximity to Target and the convention center.

We were not informed about breakfast vouchersp at check in. A pool was advertised when I booked, but there was no pool. The hot water worked off and on and there was no air conditioning. Breakfast was okay, but clearly the morning crew was understaffed as I waited 1/2 and hour to obtain a breakfast voucher, and 3 out of our 4 orders were wrong.

Great location, and the room was the right size. Everything was clean. Most of the staff were nice enough. Parking was free.

The air conditioning was not working and we were not notified until we checked in. By that time, we had been travelling for 10 hours and we were too tired to change hotels. Thankfully, we could open the windows to get air in but that meant trying to sleep with the sounds of the street below--sirens, cars speeding through, homeless people yelling at each other.

Location was great. Staff members were accommodating and Moses (in the restaurant) was attentive, funny and helpful.

The room type we had booked was not available on check-in. The hotel doesn't guarantee the room type if you book through booking.com. This meant 5 of us were squashed into 1 bed and a sofa bed - not ideal after an 8 hour flight. There was no bedding and only 3 towels so we had to request these from reception. Luckily the staff on reception were very helpful at resolving these issues for us. The decor is a bit tired but the room and public areas were clean. We had to open the windows for fresh air but we are not used to air conditioning anyway in the country we live in so that didn't really bother us.

The location was brilliant for us. It is a short walk to Nicolett light rail stop, a Target shop, Target Field, the theatres on Hennepin, the sculpture trail, the downtown restaurants and access to the skywalk via a nearby building. The room was very spacious and ideal for a family group with a sofa, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and two televisions.

There was a crusty spot on the bedroom floor, between the beds, that I couldn't identify and tried to avoid. The ceiling above the check-in counter was open, making the facility look unkempt and the credit card machine at the parking gate was temperamental both ways.

The only additional expense this time was parking. I took the first parking spot I found that didn't have cars on either side so I didn't see much of the garage. My adult daughter and I were pleasantly surprised by the free cookies.

    1. The coffee machine was not cleaned. It had dust in it. I checked it before making coffee. I am pretty sure that the machine has not been cleaned for awhile and if I had used it, I might have had stomach issues. 2. The shower did not have a curtain. I mentioned it at the front desk on the night of my arrival. When nothing was installed till 4/4:30 pm next day, I called reception. They said they would update me about it. I waited for 30-45 minutes and took a shower. Someone came in around 5:30 or 6 to install the shower curtain. I am not sure why there were no shower curtain in the first place. Usually, Motel 6 and Days Inn have shower curtains in their bathroom. 3. There were no housekeeping during the days I stayed.

The cookies at the reception were great! The overall hotel room was excellent with space, furniture, microwave and fridge.

I was told breakfast ended at 10am by calling Hilton. During the weekdays it ends at 9am. I asked the concierge for a refund and she dismissed it saying its a "prorated" room so, she couldn't do anything. I would never include breakfast just wait.

Parking Should be included in the rate for stay or at least an option. It was an additional $32.

My room was not ready and there was a huge line with staff working to locate a room. They had to give us a different room, which we accepted with less beds only because we were standing in line for a long time, and it was making us late to our destination for the evening. The room had nasty lamp shade on desk, and the windows not sealed well, as I could hear the wind whipping around in the bedroom section. We also faced the parking lot and I could hear people locking their cars throughout the night. When we arrived, I heard a different staff offering cookies and water to them, we were not offered that. The next day I asked about the cookies and a different staff stated they are complementary. The parking lot is very small, and difficult to maneuver unless you are familiar with city parking and driving. The lower level is very low ceiling, so cars only are best. I was disappointed in the stay.

The beds were comfortable and the location was great. Server at breakfast was friendly and nice.

The air conditioner was broken, and the windows barely open, so no air flow. The hotel stunk from a water leak, and the breakfast, although good taste, was small and confusing.

Room space was excellent. the view was fine for being downtown. the parking situation was acceptable. The breakfast was tasty, and the service was helpful.

Air conditioning was not working in the entire building. They offered me free parking which was nice, but I feel they could have offered more to make up for the discomfort. Comp me a breakfast, or a discount on a future stay would have been nice.
