House keeper was awful. Was there a week she didn’t even clean my room once.

Location is great. Rooms are generously sized. Cookies at reception.

Facilities are definitely run down. No one told us when we checked in that you need to request for your room to be cleaned, and you have to ask every. Single. Day. Some of the front desk staff were very rude and gave is attitude when we asked for assistance. If you’re there on a Saturday night & have a room in the back beware - the pub next door blasts music tills like 10:30

Pay parking ( 30 dollars a day) and pay extra for breakfast

The incidental rate that’s charged when you check in. I don’t know whether there is because I already paid for the room and that you held $400 on my debit card for 3 1/2 days.

Location was good. Easy parking. Room was clean. Staff was good, except for 1 restaurant employee.

Beds were uncomfortable, there were no sheets or extra blankets for the pull out couch, pillows were uncomfortable, walls were this, we could hear people in rooms around us sneezing and talking. But the worst part was that my confirmation stated that breakfast was included in the room rate but when we went downstairs in the morning the restaurant employee very rudely told us that it was a paid breakfast "because we're a business". After we left I went back and checked again and my confirmation said breakfast was included. But we were not about to go back and ask again because he was so rude and clearly did not want to be there.

It’s and old place not very clean And they change 30$ dollars for a night of parking space!!! That’s ridiculous!!!

AC was down but made little difference to comfort of our stay. Staff was very friendly

We arrived around 4:30pm (everything said check in was at 4pm) and still had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be ready. No explanation, no compensation.

The staff in the attached restaurant were very nice.

There was no A/C working in the entire building. When checking in the staff were unable to answer any general questions about the property or booking etc. The ice machine was out on every floor except for two but only one floor had a sign posted saying which floors were operational. This property is also located next to a few bars so people were yelling and speeding downtown in loud vehicles all night which wouldn’t be a big deal if we didn’t need to have our windows open because of the lack of A/C.

The hotel facility was nice; the location was close to where we needed to be; the size of the room was awesome and the bed was very comfortable. Had a great night sleep. The breakfast was above par and the poor busy gal who served us was amazing. She was quite busy and was a pleasure.

The front desk staff seemed like they were not at all interested in their job. Not the least bit friendly and mildly helpful. They really should find something they enjoy, as front desk certainly did not bring out their best.

No air conditioning when we arrived at 10 pm. And we were not notified before arrival. Wanted to ask for partial refund but their manager never answered.
