Staff is not kind, and unattentively standing around. Shower door was leaking water. It was ridiculous that you need to pay the full price of your stay AND 100USD/per night both in advance as an "incidental hold". The room did not even have minibar, so such incidental hold does not make any difference. No option for buffet breakfast.

Good location, inside the city. Cleaning service was good. Gym was appropriately equipped for the size.

Parking is always tough in NY but I don’t fault the hotel for that.

The location was perfect. We went to a couple shows and went shopping. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Rooms are a bit small and compact, especially the bathroom. The sink is located outside the bathroom - this was inconvenient but not as much of an issue for me as stayed alone but may be for people sharing rooms.

Beautiful hotel in a great location right at the heart of New York City. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would come back here myself.

We got two free waters in our room at check in maybe getting two new waters everyday would be nice at this price point.

It was a great location. The room was clean and comfortable. The roof top restaurant and bar were great. The bed was super comfortable.

The toilet was periodically having problems with constant water flow. The water pressure in the shower was low. Tue room was dark and window was small and abstracted by a pole . No views and always dark. No upgrades. Early check in, or late check out available, although I’m a Hilton Honors member. Hotel priced high.

Location is amazing! Bed is comfy, and the smart TV is very nice! Lifts are a bit slow, only two for 26 story building. Shower is basic. But we were very happy and would definitely stay here again 😊

A few days in the air con had a bad smell, similar to the smell on New York streets that comes from the grates. Probably nothing the hotel can do about this.

Great location, 30 seconds from Rockefeller centre and very close to Times Square and 5th Avenue etc. Subways close by as well for further travel. Friendly staff, clean room, free cookie.

The elevators were slow. Not as bad as others have suggested, but we did run into a few elevator traffic jams. I was also unable to access the parking garage that is partnered with the hotel. I believe this is because they were filming on the street where the garage is located. This isn’t the hotels fault, but it was very stressful.

We Had an excellent stay! The location is great, especially if you are traveling with children. You are close to everything and public transportation is easily accessible. The staff was also fantastic. I arrived a little early and they upgraded my room so that I could check in early. I wound up with an excellent view of St. Patrick’s cathedral.

The rooms were small. There were many additional charges which got us confused. Apparently they only approved the first night and we had to pay extra 30-40€ for other nights, which was not disclosed upon booking

The shower in the bathroom leaked out onto the floor every time we showered. We did notify staff but nothing was done unfortunately.
