I was a little nervous because of reviews but our stay was actually really pleasant! The staff was all so friendly, our room was clean. The pool and hot tub were clean. Even the bathroom in the pool area was surprisingly clean. I really enjoyed the stay. Hotel was under construction but it looked like they kept the customers on the opposite side of the building doing the construction, so it didn’t really affect us at all.

The facility was definitely under renovation, which I'm sure will be great when completed,. There were very strange smells in the hallways, no permanent room numbers by the doors and even though the shower was brand new the floor was dirty and there were still pencil markings on the wall tiles with cut to measurements left. Upon entering the room the refrigerator wasn't working and had to be replaced and the shared door to the adjoining room didn't lock, both of those issues were fixed immediately, by the man from facilities. It was extremely noisy...why renovate and not spray a little insulation between the adjoining walls. Housekeeping did come in and straighten up and give fresh towels, but didn't leave any additional coffee pods or cups for day two.

It was convenient to the downtown area and it's local attractions.

Very outdated and there was a small stuffed animal in my bed when I pulled the sheets back which tells me the bedding never got changed from the last guest! Totally disgusting! Lighting in the pool area was awful, room was outdated.

On the second night the toilet handle broke, and the toilet water ran constantly. Also, the refrigerator was either broke or not plugged in. We weren't able to get behind it.

The breakfast was EXCELLENT, and the location was very convenient. The personnel was very nice, also. The pool was very well maintained.

As we were leaving for day, ask the maid that was 2 doors down from us, that we needed more toilet paper and coffee, we came back that evening and the only thing we got was bed made 😔 evidently she didn’t understand English

Just the pee and dirty details of the hot tub.

I enjoy staying here as this is my third time now but the last time we stayed the pool was closed the entire time and this time the hot tub smelled like pee so bad and was so musty. The staff is very friendly however some of the rates are pretty high and do not offer breakfast. Other than these few complaints we do like it.

Had to pay for breakfast even though when I booked it said Breakfast was free. Had an issue with my daughter having a friend join us for the weekend when she arrived at the hotel. Stayed 4 nights would've liked some type of incentive maybe a free night or something especially after what I paid total upon checkout

They really need to update the door knobs, my husband got stuck in the bathroom. The door would not open. We had to call the front desk to come and help us. They were very helpful and were able to help us quickly.

We had no hot water in our room, room had cob webs on the walls bed looked like it was broken sunk down when you sat on the edge and box spring went down with it as well, told location we had no hot water and they just said it was a room they don’t normally rent out cause they are aware of the room not having hot water and that we needed to let it run for abt 15 mins to warm up but left it on and running and water was ice cold the whole time and we tried 3 times

Very run down facilities. ☹️. Broken things everywhere, very much in need of updating. Bed was very uncomfortable, sinks in the middle of the mattress. The price we paid was way too much for what we got.

The bathroom was the smallest and oldest design of the three hotels we experienced this week.

We stayed at three different chain hotels this week. The other two had great breakfast at no charge and they were 30% to 50% cheaper room rates and much better breakfast.
