United StatesI was a little nervous because of reviews but our stay was actually really pleasant! The staff was all so friendly, our room was clean. The pool and hot tub were clean. Even the bathroom in the pool area was surprisingly clean. I really enjoyed the stay. Hotel was under construction but it looked like they kept the customers on the opposite side of the building doing the construction, so it didn’t really affect us at all.

United StatesThe facility was definitely under renovation, which I'm sure will be great when completed,. There were very strange smells in the hallways, no permanent room numbers by the doors and even though the shower was brand new the floor was dirty and there were still pencil markings on the wall tiles with cut to measurements left. Upon entering the room the refrigerator wasn't working and had to be replaced and the shared door to the adjoining room didn't lock, both of those issues were fixed immediately, by the man from facilities. It was extremely noisy...why renovate and not spray a little insulation between the adjoining walls. Housekeeping did come in and straighten up and give fresh towels, but didn't leave any additional coffee pods or cups for day two.
It was convenient to the downtown area and it's local attractions.

United StatesOn the second night the toilet handle broke, and the toilet water ran constantly. Also, the refrigerator was either broke or not plugged in. We weren't able to get behind it.
The breakfast was EXCELLENT, and the location was very convenient. The personnel was very nice, also. The pool was very well maintained.

United StatesThe cost. Very disappointed with the cost. I would expect higher quality of facilities with the price paid. The hot tub was no different then a giant bathtub with hot water, no jets. Didn't seem all that clean. Cloudy water. In general hotel needs updates. The cost of the breakfast (which is no different than any other average hotel) seemed a bit pricey when other hotels include same breakfast with your stay.
The bed was super comfy & the bartender was great!

I enjoy staying here as this is my third time now but the last time we stayed the pool was closed the entire time and this time the hot tub smelled like pee so bad and was so musty. The staff is very friendly however some of the rates are pretty high and do not offer breakfast. Other than these few complaints we do like it.

United StatesWe were given a room next to the ice and vending machines at check-in. I then returned to the check-in and requested a different room away from the noise of the ice and vending machines. I was told no rooms were available for the price I was paying. I asked if the reservation indicated that the room was adjacent to the vending area. The response I received was, "It didn't say it was not." I suggested the young lady with an unempathetic demeanor look again. She found a different room. I thank her.

United States1. The room wasn't ready as the pool doors were locked, and they worked over an hour to get them open (says the guy at the desk). I'm not sure how that delayed my check-in? 2. "Finally, your room is ready." No one said - There's a lounge - a pool - breakfast. Nothing but - Finally, your room is ready. 3. Called back to the desk 2 hours later as they forgot to get a card for the deposit. 4. Had to ask for toilet paper, as we had none.
