Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms desperately need uplifting and renewing. Rooms are dull and musty and old. Not worth the money paid. Staff were great - breakfast very good - but the rooms and hotel fell very short

The $30 a night parking even for Hilton Rewards members. Not being told by breakfast wasn't included and then find out it was $37 for nothing.

$30.00 for one night of parking. Gouge me. No breakfast or coffee made available. Just a very expensive cafe. $326.00 for one night a lot. We stayed in a nicer place in Newport Beach the following night for less. Cancellation policy skewed way in hotel’s favor, but not disclosed while making reservation.
There was no breakfast provided. Just $6.00 cups of coffee. Beds were comfortable. Very pleasant staff.

Our toilet was functional after learning how to gently push down on lever and then pull up if it doesn’t go by itself. Also would emphasize the need of bathroom ventilation or a window opening. That was the most basic necessity for our family and was surprised it wasn’t built into the room.
Nice greeting with freshly baked cookies. Quick check in with staff. Room equipped with basics of bathroom supplies and a blow dryer. Mini fridge is also appreciated. A lot of space for lounging with desk space. Large TV is nice too.

Upon arrival, housekeeping left no bathroom plug - a glass with residue that had the "clean" cover on it and no body lotion - this was quickly amended. Also, Hilton honors let us "pick" our room - all were by the elevators and if we put the "Do not disturb sign" up bc of the noise our rooms never got cleaned.
Breakfast was ridiculously expensive - bagels very dry and bland - not a good value at all! Staff were very nice.

The alarm clock glowed very brightly and made it hard to sleep.
Shuttle service to airport and nearby locations was appreciated. The convenience of having quick coffee and takeaway food items was also excellent. The warm cookie at check in was also a nice touch. Room was clean and well appointed.

The parking lot was very expensive but I was given a discount since I was staying for a long time.
The location was great. The bar food and staff were particularly great. The room had a few minor issues such as the bathroom light having a fault and the toilet having a minor issue. These were fixed pretty immediately after notification to front desk including on a public holiday night,

Our family had been traveling for some time and there was no laundry option which would have been helpful.
The rooms were well equipped, comfortable, clean, and quiet. There were plenty of food and beverage options.

Compared to the Mariott at Irvine I just wish there was a laundry facility, otherwise I would rate it a 10

The room I had was close to elevator and was loud, you could hear it going up and down throughout the stay. Also the pull out coach bed was really uncomfortable, the kids could feel springs right through cover. However, the pull out is usually not like this in previous stays, and the guest services brough extra padding so we figured it out.
