The location is in high homeless camping location. The breakfast is $15 per person, and after spending over $200 on a room for one night, I felt that was a bit steep. Kids under a certain age are free. They don't tell you until booking that they will hold an additional $75, which will be used if you need room service or want to take the breakfast fee from that. They will take the $10 required parking fee from that, and if you don't use anything else, they will reimburse you for what is left of that $75. There is also a strip club a few paces away from the building, and when you first get off the highway, you will be driving past a homeless camp.

The hotel itself was well managed. The room we had was amazing and open. Everything was very clean and well-kept. The staff was super friendly and easy to work with. The amenities were good, and the area around the hotel had some fun things to do with the family. Across the street is a little strip that houses a pizza diner with arcade games, mini golf, and a ClawWorks claw machine arcade.

Other reviewers mentioned having to pay for parking, which is true ($10) but I still found this hotel to be a better deal than most in the area even with the parking fee. I wouldn't let this deter me from staying there again.

The shower was awesome! One of the best we've had in a hotel for a while. The location is good and we had no issues with parking or anything else.

The lock on the door was broken. I was unable to close the door from the inside Dirty and torn curtains. It looks like some step and hanging on them. Ice machine behind the wall.

Because of ongoing renovations our room had a lot of sheetrock dust and pieces on the carpet and surfaces. The handheld shower head leaked at the attachment and shot water everywhere. There is no place to put your bath soap or hang a washcloth in the shower except for the floor. We had to tighten the bolts on the toilet lid because it was ready to fall off.
