There is a $25 resort fee which I already knew. However, on top of that when I got there there was a $30 parking fee!!!! To make it worse there was no where to park. How am I gonna get charged a parking fee and still have to walk half a mile to get to my room/car. Not to mention the two chairs in our room had hair and various stains on them.

The beds were comfortable and everyone got a cookie at check in. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

Our room was an outside room to parking lot on ground floor. Could hear anyone walking by or talking. Woke me up several times. The room safe did not work. The sink was slow to drain and backed up easily. The bathroom was very small and needed to be updated. It wasn't as nice as other Hilton properties I've stayed at. It was good that we were staying only one night. The outside putt putt golf area needs updated and cleaned of debride. The restaurant and outside areas were nice.

All staff were very friendly. Very convenient to Discovery Cove and great price.

It is divided in small two stories buildings but I couldn't find the elevator in the building I was in.

The pools are small for the size of the resort and our A/C had a constant high pitch squeal which made it difficult to sleep.

The property was clean and conveniently located to the convention center. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety!

We were confused by the Resort Fee for having kids with us. The booking said breakfast was included. Maybe we just didn't understand it clearly because we were in a rush. I more prominent explanation during booking would have been appreciated. Also, the bathroom was a bit small and made it difficult to get ready with multiple people in the room.

The pool and bar area was nice. The food was good and the service was friendly. It was nice having a shuttle to Sea World from the property. They also let us check in early, which was helpful.

There were problems initially with the room, then they changed it for us with understanding. the room was not very clean, and the walls were thin... through which you could hear absolutely everything... for two nights in a row we listened to our neighbor vomiting after a stormy party

Sneaky website needs to be more clear before advertising such a low price. My bed had a low spot so it was uncomfortable.

The property is beautiful but they charged us $30 to park overnight. I was not told or was it written anywhere on booking.com site for this hotel. $89 turned into much more with resort fee and taxes

The kids area mini golf needs to be cleaned. So many leaves everywhere and the course is not being maintained. Also I would like to see the kids club come back. It’s an inconvenience to walk to the front to sign out games accessories. Also a pop up bar would be nice nice to have near the family pool.

Breakfast was great. Staff very nice and attentive. The omelette ladies were awesome! The only thing that I didn’t like is a dog was allowed to come in were the food buffet was and the dog shook now there was hair in the air. I was definitely done eating that morning . I was not happy about that. Nothing against dogs but they should not be allowed in the food area period!

The rooms are pretty small but the bathrooms need to be updated. The shower was just gross and not helpful with small children. The restaurant was great but expensive. The hotel location was easy but the rooms aren’t as nice (the villas) as pictured.

Very close to Sea World & other parks. The restaurant was amazing! The restaurant was great! They provided vouchers for free buffet breakfast which was delicious.

The room smelled like mildew. Very outdated. I heard they have updated rooms- ours was not. Also the walls are very thin- when people walk down the hall it sounds like they are in your room

Staff pushing carts in every hall all day, loud and obnoxious. First room the floors were carpet and stained. Beds were decent. The “villas” are just motel rooms. Not worth 179 a night.

Paid parking was hidden upon booking. So it was unexpected. $150 was "held". Parking was $30 per night. We only got back $30 of the $150. We left the room spotless. Even put all the towels on the bed for easy pick up as we always do before leaving a stay.

Pools were nice and the breakfast buffet was decent- a lot of choices.

Our first night there were kids running and screaming around the pool area which we were facing. It was almost 1:00 am in the middle of the night. This should be monitored by security.

With the exception of the first night it was fantastic.
