I wasn’t thrilled with the mattress. I was on the 6th floor and had to travel two floors up or to the bar to get ice.

The property was really nice easy check in and the two young ladies at the front desk were exceptionally efficient, a Church of Christ group was checking in around the same time I was and they handled the group with great ease. The lobby area was really nice great bar area. My room was really nice.

The Doubletree is in desperate need of renovations. I stayed on the 11th floor and the ceilings are bubbling where the wall meets the ceiling. Carpet desperately needs replacing.

I love the size of the hotel and the fact they have a bar and restaurant on site.

I was a little disappointed they didn't have a laundry room. We were needing a dryer for some soccer clothes

Our handicapped room was spacious, but there was not enough room between the dresser and the end of the bed to maneuver the wheelchair. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was not good. Both mirror lights were not working.

I was disappointed with the value for the amount of money we spent. There was no breakfast because of Covid-19 restrictions, no Restaurant, and the Bar's restaurant closed early. I booked a room with a view but it was of the back parking lot. If that's a view, please don't book it that way again. The fitness room did not open with our key, so I loss interest in it and the pool. There were too many people there during the time I wanted to swim. There also was leaking in our bathroom from the room above, so they need to fix that. Finally, the refrigerator was old and barely worked. Honestly, I like Double tree but they need a few updates to the facility. However, I understand they are coming back from a Pandemic.

The Westport location is alright its one of the older locations near businesses in the area. It's always nice to have The Double tree's cookies, they are so good, but smaller now. The staff was very friendly and had coffee waiting for guest in the morning., The beds were clean, comfortable, and had nice linen. The room was pretty clean and had enough towels and toiletries. However, I recommend adding bubble bath to the selection. The tub was a nice size for a soak.

our AC unit wasn't working when we arrived we noticed about 3 hours into our stay that our room was not cooling off. the maintenance man eventually made his way to our room and fixed the issue. other than that it was a good place to stay.

Rooms were not up to par with the expectation from the lobby and price of the stay. Bathroom had no vent fan and the water temperature both times we used the shower fluctuated greatly and didn’t give hot water some of the time.

Roaches. Went swimming. Was there for almost three hours and roaches had infested my clothes my phone my cookie the hotel gave me and my shoes. They were on the table and crawling under the table. I couldn’t eat breakfast there because of the infestation so my vouchers were useless. The front desk attendants were of no help and the manager has not been in contact with me and it’s been two days.

Floor in the restaurant was disgusting. Sticky like it was coated in syrup. Carpet in restaurant was also terrible. Property is large and seems run down. Can hear the highway sounds all night long.

VERY EXPENSIVE, FOR NOTHING MORE THAN A LESSER HOTEL. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED! NEXT STAY WILL BE AT ANOTHER PLACE, WHERE THE PARTIES, ATMOSPHERE AND ATTITUDE, IS MUCH BETTER. VERY EXPENSIVE, BUT NOT MUCH FOR THE COST. I WOULDN'T STAY THERE AGAIN.

The hotel is DIRTY!! Trashcans were over flowing everywhere, the rooms are dirty, my feet were black after walking on the carpet. The pool was closed the entire time we were there, we booked this hotel for our children so they could swim. There was never anyone working on the pool.
