Most of the hotel is rundown and needs some painting, repairs and updating. Shower curtain was a frayed mess and shower didn’t drain well. AC was broken in common areas so lobby was steaming hot.

Great location and convenient upstairs restaurant and bar.

Some dinner menu items were not available and they added a 22% service charge to food bill. Room had one old hard chair and lamp shade was torn and 2 light bulbs were out.

Room was comfortable but could use a refresh. AC was very noisy, but did keep the room cool. One very nice gentleman served as greeter, bartender, and wait staff at our Sunday evening meal! Took a long time to get out and we had an event to attend so was stressful. They need more help! Buffet breakfast was unappealing and the coffee lukewarm, as they make in the kitchen and transfer to a dispenser that doesn’t keep hot.

The location was good and the staff great. Decor was very nice.

Parking - $34 is ridiculous for this market Gaudy interior design- not the norm for the brand Restaurants were not in service and had a shabby appearance.

I'm booking.com said your security pile that was $50 for each room.They charged a hundred dollars booking dot com needs to get their story straight

The hotel was okay, but the getting breakfast and stuff.You had to pay $21 for your breakfast after you pay all that money to stay there.I think that was a rip off

The hotel felt out of date and the rooms old.

The location was perfect and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room was nice and clean. However It was cold in the 30sF and room did not have heat. Thermostat said to use unit but it only blew out cool air when placed on heat with cords hanging out in the bottom. Once front desk was advised they stated nothing could be done, no maintenance worker and no other room to change to. Front desk offered 2 comforters. Hopefully they fix room 1608 for future customers.

This hotel is managed really poorly in my opinion. Nothing really bad but during my stay I kept stumbling upon the thought “could’ve been better“ on almost every aspect from the front desk to breakfast not mentioning the room.

The bathroom could have been cleaned better than it was. It was hair in shower and floor needed to be cleaner than it was. I wiped down with bleach. It was thanksgiving weekend, other than that I was ok.

Some basic maintenance would go a long way. I'm not sure how a semi-detached foot-long piece of edging at the bottom of a wall goes unnoticed. The bathroom door would not lock and would only stay shut 1 out of every 10 times. The room was also cramped. The temperature of different floors varied dramatically.

The look of the hotel's interior was very chic and beautiful. The bed/bedding/pillows were extremely comfortable.

The decor was not our style, but that was not a problem. We do prefer a bath in the rooms, and the rooms only had a shower.

The staff were exceptional, went out of their way to make our stay a good one. The parking garage was good and easily accessible.
