Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesAlthough the beds were comfortable the mattress needs to be replaced they feel like there slipping off the bed and as this is my second stay it was that way the last time. The parking is horrible should be regulated for guest. Also you need more handicap parking. I traveled with my son who is on a wheelchair with no mobility it was very difficult to find a park. The rooms are a little dated and need some updating but they are clean.
The location was good as well as service from checking in and the bellman out front was amazing. I came with my special needs son and he was so helpful getting us settled.

United StatesThe bathroom floor I almost took a big spill it was slick - scared me to death. For the price of the room, I would have thought they would at least put 4 bottles of water ( I drink a lot of water) just FYI. The food was expensive for what it was. I love Eggs benedict and paid $18.00 for lesser that good. We ate at Prime and that was just OK, my friend said her $69 steak was just fair, the flavor was week and not cooked to her request, she actually took 3 bites and pushed it away. I would have expected more from Bally's This is not to say that I will not give it another try but being 4.5+ hours away it is hard.
Room was fine, the bathroom was sufficient ( I've stated at really nice hotels in Vegas and this one was good, nothing special.
