Thin walls so a lot of outside noise but it was an older property.

Location and parking were my main concern. I l oved the location and there was free parking.

The pool was not available. Cleanliness could be better such as we found clothing under our bed.

I liked that it was in walking distance to downtown.

The sheets were dirty in the first room. Went down to tell the employee, he offered me sheets to change the bed. I asked for a different room. He laughed but gave me another room. Sheets were also dirty in that room. It looked like dirty shoes had walked on them. Went back down to let him know. He gave me new sheets, again wS laughing and never said he was sorry about it or anything.

The location and cost were good. Easy to walk to all the Gatlinburg locations and next to some nice restaurants.

The bathroom did not have a soap caddy in the tub/shower, the toilet sits too low and was loose, and there was no caulking around tub to keep water out .

The place is well located. Although there is nothing special about breakfast, I found the dining room neat and tidy. Th e girl who served us on Saturday night was very friendly.

Like I said, those minor problems was fixed and he enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here before, so we were familiar with the property. we had one problem that was fixed the next day. Maintenance guy came and checked the water temperature and adjusted it and we were fine. Some of the outlets did not work, they were nice enough to refund some of our money for our minor problems and we were fine with that. The beds are very comfortable and I truly enjoyed that.

The bldg.,the view,the breakfast was TERRIBLE......the pancakes and bagels were packed in ziploc bags,by the staff I guess.....not individually wrapped.....like the hotel bought them and there budget was tight so the removed the from the original package and stretched them for the customers.....nothing hot for breakfast.....no meats period.....just not what I expected for DAYS INN

The best thing about this place was the DO NOT DISTURB sign that I was able to hang on the door

I wished the parking was set up differently however we came during a busy time. We hope to come back when it’s not so busy!

I really appreciated the guy who worked night shift. We arrived late and he was very understanding. Once he found out we had 3 kiddos he put us in a room on the first floor that was close to the front exit. Very accommodating.

Though very unique layout and more modern decor, it was very dark (dark gray black). Lighting placement was very poor and not bright enough. Toilet was difficult to get to flush. Toilet and sink both were very low to the floor. The pool was "nonfunctional" which was one of the primary reasons we choose this hotel. Our door lock stopped working the 1st night and the ice machine wasn't working the next day though both were fixed within a sort of reasonable amount of time.

The room overall was nice, very unique layout for a hotel room with the loft upstairs. It was great for traveling with teenagers.

The parking was bad not everyone parked was staying there and hard to find parking spot near our room so had to walk! But luckily it’s small property!

door wouldnt lock...then key wouldnt work they had come down and open each time...Frig didnt work..no phone in room..and pool they advertised no open..Staff was nice.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it has a pool. The pool was closed the whole time, if I had known that I would have gone somewhere else. The pool was listed as an asset when I booked.

We had to move rooms twice First room had a fan/light combo that was extremely noisy in the bathroom Second room, the lock didn’t work on the room. They upgraded us to a third room with a balcony which was nice. The hotel needs alot of maintenance done.
