The electronic lock and key had repeated problems, including battery replacement and re-keying the keycards. The stovetop turned out to be of the induction type, which fortunately we understand, but some people will not know how to use it, especially if they happened to bring their own pans that don't work with induction. Some instructions would be wise. There was a small dishwasher but no dishwasher pod or soap provided, only Dawn-type sop for hand-washing of dishes. We know better, but some people might try to use that for the dishwasher and end up with a mess. Again, instructions and the proper detergent might be wise to provide. The TV setup is not intuitive--there's a cable box and TV, so two remotes, and it took some figuring out how to get it all to work properly. Again, no instructions. There was no bathroom exhaust fan, so the bathroom stayed moist with drips on the window, and the towels had to be brought out to the main room to dry by being draped over a chair in the blast of air from the air conditioner. None of these things were deal-breakers, but could be improved.

The room was clean and well equipped, with good beds, kitchenette and shower, and a small moveable table and two chairs for sitting and eating at or whatever. We chose this place because of the kitchenette and they allow pets, and the kitchenette pays for itself by not having to go out 3 meals a day.

The room exceeded my expectations. The location is close to the main road, which made it a little noisy at night but also accessible to most of Sedona. I would recommend!

Parking lot was hard to get out of. No breakfast was offered. Our room was not ready when we arrived.

Had a little wear & tear. Door safety latch was broken and coffee pot also. The staff were great and replaced the coffee pot. It the latch screws were stripped and needs a complete replacement. Room near the road was very noisy.

That when you pay extra for a veiw it is blocked by a tree. Cut down the tree. And still couldn't see sunrise because of another tree. That the website didn't tell you that the pool was across the road at a sister motel.that you had to get a pass to go to.

They were willing to change our room when the veiw was blocked by a tree. She was so sweet and very helpful. The room was great!

I kind of assumed (for the price) that it would have a pool and it didn’t. Size of the property was smaller than I imagined but it was okay.

- Check in was from 15:00, but room wasn't ready at 16:30. However, the Inn staff showed excellent customer service by providing a complementary bottle of wine for the inconvenience. - There weren't any cupboards or drawers in the room to unpack clothes.

- The US road-side, motel-type experience - Excellent location - Good sized, comfortable room - Surprisingly quiet for being near a main road - Excellent bathroom & Kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave & coffee machine), with excellent coffee.

The kitchenette was very useful to enjoy a quick bite to eat. Close to a great family breakfast spot, the canyon to enjoy a morning hike and walking distance to a local brew pub.
