It was convenient location and had plenty of amenities as well as attractions

They told me they would not clean my room unless I was a part of the timeshare

Perfect Location. Staff was great! Room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing really to complain about except the elevators are kinda annoying that you gotta use a card. Thats about it though.

I love the rooms (design and cleanliness) and the hotels proximity to everything.

The internet is not secure and it kept cutting on and off. I don't understand how a hotel at this caliber can offer internet that isn't secure. I stayed here for a week and needed to sign onto my work computer but couldn't because the network is not secure. I ended up having to make my phone into a hotspot and use my phone to connect. I also had to download VPN on my phone so that I could log into my bank account while connected to there unsecured network. When you pay $3k dollars for a 6 night stay somewhere you should be able to connect to the internet without worrying about getting hacked. Also, the hotel has also started charging $20 a day for parking when it was previously free.

There was absolutely nothing that I could say. I did not like about this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The whole place smelled, amazing, and my room was breathtaking. The view, what's everything.

I didn't like how the Internet wasn't working properly. It kept going in and out and complicated to get on. Either Hilton or room# and last nameI also didn't like the fact we had to carry cards but couldn't be close to ones credit or debit cards bc it could deactivate but needed to get in and out of things instead of it just being a wristband so it's very easy to lose. I didn't like the fact my family and myself couldn't use our firestick. My kids love going to the beach for the pool and I love going for the room. So I couldn't relax and wiggle my toes together watching my favorite shows or movies. It was just the regular tv channel which suffice but who watches cable nowadays? Also the parking was horrible!!! Having to walk that far to one's vehicle if you choose not to do valet is trash. I just feel that price for valet should either be included in the package or just give everyone a parking permit and park how one pleases in the parking lot. Although, the place was cool in other areas of the apartment, the vent wasn't blowing out properly in the master bedroom so it was really warm there. . So my overall experience was a 5/10.

The rooms were very spacious and well designed. They were clean and well stocked. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant especially the valets. The location was perfect.

I wish it had been a little closer to an actual grocery store but that was really poor planning on my part.

Rooms are really clean, every stays comes with additional activities like water Park and mini golf, it was great experience

Pool could be cleaned better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Said, with valet services was great and made the unloading process during checkin seamless and also explained the valet parking process which I will utilize from now on during my stay.

There was a strange smell in the hallway. It smelled like the carpet needed to be shampooed.
