We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This hotel is premium. From the quality of the food and drinks, the facilities that are provided, the staff who are exceptional and then to the location. Right in the heart of the Fort Worth Stockyards.

The dinner we had was spectacular. I had mahi mahi which you wouldn't normally order at a steak-oriented restaurant in Ft Worth, but it was cooked to perfection and the vegetables were delicious. My partner had steak, and he said it was the best he ever tasted.

United States of AmericaFront desk wasn’t always friendly when asking questions. We had one bad experience at the restaurant. Rude waitress. Not our normal waiter. My husband was given the wrong breakfast. Waitress had an attitude and didn’t offer a replacement breakfast. Our room accommodations were beautiful and comfy however dusty in the closet and coffee bar. For the price we paid to stay there you’d expect perfection.
The hotel is stunning! Room beautiful, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Valet excellent. One waiter in the restaurant was very attentive and friendly. Made our mornings extra special while dining for breakfast. Bartenders very friendly.

AustriaUnfortunately, the room was not very large for this price category and a neighboring room was only separated by a wooden door. This meant that you could hear the guests from the neighboring room all the time.
Excellent hotel in Fort Worth. There is also a very good restaurant and a beautiful garden with pool. We were there just in time for the solar eclipse and were able to watch the spectacle very well from the garden. The hotel concierge also did a great job.

United States of AmericaWe didn’t think to make a breakfast reservation, but the staff helped us out. That may have been included in our check in information- we missed it. We did make a dinner reservation ahead. All the food is exceptional.
The staff is incredible! The property is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and homey- so many areas for our family to gather. Beautiful Christmas decor. Beautiful interior design- so creative and tasteful weaving in the history of the Stockyard and the Texas culture. We gathered for our son’s wedding, and many of our guests plan to return for another visit. The staff handled the crowd beautifully- Elijah was amazing. The valets/greeters were fun and accommodating- seamlessly took care of car/luggage details during our hectic celebration weekend.

We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good. Our server was Larry and we enjoyed him. The hotel is pricey but we enjoyed it. Hope to stay there again sometime.

The valet and front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating. I was with my one year old so they gave us a first floor room and I didn’t have to ask. Love the decor. The stocked mini bar is awesome. The signature scent throughout hotel is lovely. We enjoyed food at restaurant 97 West. Would definitely go back.

We were celebrating our wedding day, after about 4 hours of being in our room room service knocked on the door with a complimentary bottle of champagne. This was the best hotel stay I have ever experienced.
