I checked in with about 30 mins to spare to make breakfast. I hurried and got my things squared away and enjoyed breakfast. It was amazing.

The clock radio alarm was set incorrectly. It's was set for AM, when it was PM. Therefore, when I set the alarm for 6:15 AM, and 6:15 am arrived, the clock though it was 6:15 pm. So the alarm didn't go off. Fortunately, I had set my phone alarm for 10 minutes later, but this could really mess someone up if they depended on it. They could miss a job interview or a flight or a funeral....any number of things. If the staff is going to take the time to set the clock - why not do it correctly?? At night, in the dark, it's difficult to see that little am/pm thingee and most wouldn't think to check that too if the time looks correct. Also, there is no texture on the tub, nor a non-slip mat available. The only grab bar is low, at tub level. Standing up to shower is very precarious. A person could slip and fall at any time.

The bed and bedding were super comfy! Room was nice. Breakfast was good and had a good variety.

Our room 714 air conditioning seemed to be turned on even when we turned it off. The room temperature never got above 74, although we would have preferred 77.

The Happy Hour was a pleasant surprise.

Great beds! Great atmosphere! Has breakfast and evening "hot snacks" which was really a lite meal and 3 alcoholic beverages per adult guest. Other drink unlimited. Staff is extremely nice. Beds are great. Heated indoor pool. Near shopping,zoo, museums and shopping. About 10-15 minutes from downtown area. Great for traveling family!

I made a complaint to the front desk that our fridge didn't work and my coffee creamer was ruined because of it. She told me to pull it out and flip the switch on the back. I didn't just pay $700 to be a handyman, you need to send maintenance. She had an unnecessary attitude from the time we stepped up to the desk which was ridiculous. Even if you are having a bad day, that is not my problem. She had maintenance come up, and they left a note that said it was replaced. It was colder than before but still wasn't keeping anything in the fridge cold. We went down to the store and bought ice cream, Pringles, and playing cards. The dibbs I bought had water sitting in the bottom that had froze all of the ice cream together, super gross and expensive. We left the hotel the rest of the trip to buy our evening snacks.

We book Drury Specifically because of the kickback perk! The bed was comfy, and the laundry room was nice and cleaned quick

Cost. I’m retired & always searching for a bargain! I’ll give up something else to pay to stay in Durary Brentwood though. Feeling safe is important.

I enjoyed the stay as usual. Drury Inn & Suites in Brentwood is my go to when I’m in the area
