Shower did not have a hand-held spray, which is very helpful in rinsing off for elderly. Also did not have grab bar at toilet, also important to oldsters.

Most everything. Served excellent breakfast and a dinner-time buffet that was very adequate. The staff was very positive and always looking for anyway they could help. Two members of our party are 89 years old, so this was very helpful.

Everything was perfect, with a suggested happy hour time until at least 7:30 p.m. Due to his work commitments, I wasn't always able to arrive on time.

The property was located close to the main highway and was close to gas stations and restaurants. It had a restaurant and bar on location. It was very clean and convenient.

The light in the parking area was bright and shone in line with my windows on the 3rd floor. The blackout curtains worked, but I will stay on a higher floor next time.

Great location, clean and comfortable facility, excellent staff and service. I especially enjoyed hanging at the bar -- The bartender was super friendly. I also appreciate that the ellipticals in the gym are high quality, exactly the same as in my gym at home! We were greeted by the staff every time we entered. And the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely be back.

There are only 2 EV charging stations and they were fully occupied all 3 nights. But sometimes there were vehicles parked in those slots that weren't charging. So the 3rd night I wasn't able to charge. Also, one of them didn't work. There are several needs in that regard: more parking in general, large signs indicating EV only parking, and care taken to make sure the chargers work. I did appreciate that there WERE charging stations available though.

The other guests are rude. My little girl didn't get to make waffles 2 days in a row because other kids took all the mix and cut her off while she was waiting. There were way too many kids in the pool. As adults, we couldn't try and relax in the hot tub cause it was filled with way to many teenagers . Overall, we understand there are other guests. Also, we are patient and kind. But I believe it seems to be this way every time. .

The front desk guy who checked us in was absolutely amazing, helped us in every way possible, explained everything, and offered help as i am in a wheelchair. The staff is wonderfully to see around the site. Seemed to have someone available to answer questions and help as needed.

The bathroom only has one sink so counter space is cramped. Meal times can get really crowded and thus hard to find seating.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Lots of food! Hot breakfast is better than most. And they offered an evening meal (including alcohol) even though it was the weekend. Popcorn and pop in the afternoon.
