Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe gentleman in the front desk was cold and wasn't hospitabl at all. The lady who took over the front desk the next morning was equally the same. I'm not saying they were rude, just not friendly. The bathroom was moldy.
This facility is dated, but they keep it pretty clean.

United StatesThe light in the bathroom didn’t work so we had to shower with the door open so there was a little ambient light from the hallway. Hard to imagine the maid staff wouldn’t have reported it. Also, breakfast was pretty non existent. There were five or six microwaved egg patties in the warming tray and the waffle mix so you could make your own waffle. They also had a few tubs of yogurt. No meats.
Location was convenient because we were just passing through. Price was good, as we only stayed for about 8 hours, we weren’t looking for more amenities that would come with a higher cost.

United StatesHad to go up stairs (when I booked rooms I requested ground floor). Bottom of tub very slick I was afraid to take a shower in case I slipped and fell. Tv would constantly shut off. One of the rooms we had to go down to request a shower curtain.
Staff was very friendly. Kids enjoyed breakfast.

United StatesA bit surprised beds weren't made up even though they wanted to be green with sheet changing schedule which we were ok with. I thought they were a little weak in that area. Strange no cleaning service during our stay either. I thought that was very unusual. To me change of sheets and towels is one thing, emptying trash cans is another. The next time I will know to ask them to do it.
Nice breakfast, friendly staff with the ability to provide us with information we asked about, and very pleasantly surprised. We were only there for two days and had easy access to all the things we wanted to do.

United StatesThe pool had moss and slime in it, my bathroom. Was not cleaned...tub and toilet dirty. The breakfast was lean....not a lot of variety. Outside grass was way over due for a cutting.
Robin at the front desk was amazing. Easy access from parking lot. Having a pool was nice, although the pool had moss and slime in it.
