Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I can't really say there was anything I didn't like.
That staff is INCREDIBLE..!! Everyone was super friendly, very accommodating. I was truly impressed with every staff member I encountered. I was also impressed that they offer the complimentary social hour, dinner and breakfast with your stay. Who does that? The dinner was not 5 star, but was decent. I appreciated that this establishment cares enough about its guest to even offer us that. This will be my go to every time I visit Columbus.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We changed rooms due to a loud rattle in the a/c, and the receptionist brought room keys to the first room for us, so we just relocated without dragging luggage downstairs. The bartenders and staff at the happy hour and breakfast were great.

The bathroom could have been set up differently but was still good. I prefer walkin showers an unfortunately they are hard to find lol when staying in hotels an the toilet was behind the door in a weird angle.
Food was amazing we only got to eat dinner once there but the food was really good. The lady doing the drinks was amazing an staff was friendly. We had a football game that had us miss one dinner. But staff was great with helping us with finding the bus an the room was great bed felt soft but was the right firm to sleep on. Breakfast was great as well they even went above an talked to us doing our meals an made us feel very welcomed. The parking garage was great made me feel comfortable leaving my car. I will pay that extra.

The renovation that is currently going on was supposed to be done before we got there but it was not. I did not love the additional charge for parking considering how much we had to pay for the room.
The hotel staff was very nice. The hotel is under renovation so things were a little messy in some areas. We got charged for parking but were not made aware that there would be a charge for parking so I wasn't impressed when I got my bill. the breakfast area was nice and the staff was very watchful to make sure everything was available and clean.

The pool being closed during our stay was disappointing. Construction out side our first thing in the morning was disappointing because I was never made aware. The front desk failed to us upon check in the pool was closed until after 5 pm and construction taking place at the hotel.
The room was comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. The happy hour was. Very nice.

The bar sink had something in the drain and lots of gnats! Also found dog food on the floor on the bedroom.
