Housekeeping staff was very helpful

The room had a musty smell when we first arrived

Location and the staff was pleasant.

For a Drury Inn, I expected better continental breakfast.

Breakfast was awesome. Easy access off main road. The staff was very friendly and helpfull.

The bed was big and comfortable. Slept very well. Arrived latter and did not have enough time to enjoy the complimentary dinner and drinks. Departed before breakfast was served so missed it, but receptionist had fresh coffee ready and there were little muffins and yogurt available. Location has a lot of restaurants, gas stations, stores and easy access to Interstate.

There was some recent cement work at the side entrance that cluttered the area some. The elevator was a bit dirty.

We love how clean this room was, the beds were comfy and the kickback and breakfast were on. Not the standard we’ve seen at other Drury Inns.

We were not informed of the massive construction work that was going on in the hotel. Had a difficult time even finding and getting to the fro T desk through all the construction. Construction workers everywhere and I mean everywhere. Noise from construction stopped at 6pm but started back at 8am, no sleeping in. We were assured at check in we wouldn’t notice, we did. Other than that very clean and would definitely stay again when construction is complete.

It was under construction which they did alert us to but it was mor invasive than we thought it would be. I thought I booked a room with 2 queen beds, probably my mistake but the room we got was by far the smallest room we have ever stayed in. There was barely space for one person to walk around the bed to the desk and the chair and to the bath. Only one chair. The air conditioning was not working well so the room was hot. We went to sleep at 7 pm and left the hotel at 4 am. There was minimal noise cancellation in any of the walls so we heard traffic, people in the halls and from the other rooms.

Convenient. Clean for being under construction.

Comfortable

They are doing construction on site inside the building. My whole family was woke up at 7am to people beating on walls, drills in the walls, and all kinds of other noise. My kids could have slept in for a couple more hours.

Booked a reservation that got cancelled after we had gotten there. Super irritating. Maybe don’t fill beds up when you have effing reservations.

Room ac worked great, bed was comfortable

Under construction! Promised free dinner for the inconveniences and it was snack food, supposed free drinks, there were 4 ppl and only received 3 drinks and they were terrible. Hot free breakfast was cold cereal. COME ON

The staff was friendly and are room was clean.

I had a reaction to the sheets on the bed but my husband did not. I have sensitive skin and prefer cotton sheets but I realize the hotel cannot make changes for one person. The hotel was under construction and even though the hotel was being worked on we had a good experience at Drury Inn & Suites.

Complimentary Breakfast and newly renovated room.

Staff was friendly. Happy hour drinks.

Traffic noise, no HBO or other movie channels, mattresses need upgraded. Construction updates need review. Pool needs upgrade.
