Room was very comfortable. TV worked great (watched some US OPEN tennis and Saturday football). Kick back in the evenings is amazing and well attended! Nice, comfortable chair in the room for my husband. Easy to walk to the Arch National Park (the museum, movie and ride to the top were wonderful). Ranger tour of the old courthouse was nice. Blues museum was closed on Monday so we missed that. Baseball field and area just down the street. Needless to say, lots to do near by.

Our bathroom door was a bit dirty & floor was a little dirty when we got there. Our bedroom window was weird seeing the hallway and other people’s room..

Rowdy pool people in the evening a few times with so many people on holiday weekend. This had to do with guests vs hotel staff or anything else.

The breakfast food was/buffet was WONDERFUL! (supper was okay and I'm thankful for it); The beverages and the availability of it all was FANTASTIC! We appreciated the tasty popcorn too! :) Location was PERFECT for us as we were there for a ballgame,, attend the Basilica of St Louis, King of France and to check out the history of the Courthouse, the arch and riverfront delights. Cleanliness was super IMPRESSIVE especially with the high volume of folks there over a holiday weekend! The VIEW from the outdoor, sitting area with cushy chairs to view the arch and sunset was deLIGHTFUL! Staff: Though super busy, they were PERSONABLE and truly pleasant and CARED about us, the people! Gracious in all their ways!

The area by the sink was a little small for two people, but we made it work! Also, notifying people of where they can park when they arrive would be a great as well. We circled the block 6 times before we called and found out the their are two lanes for loading and unloading, not just one.

We loved the amount of space in our room to hang up our clothes. Beds were comfortable. Room was very clean. Breakfast and the Kickback great as well.

Nothing, everything was exceptional

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. I took my dog Bella and everyone made her feel welcome also. I had never stayed at a Drury hotel before as I’m from Ohio and there are none. The room was stunning and the beds were so comfortable. The food was delicious! The staff was so kind and accommodating. I can’t wait to stay there again!

The elevators could be cleaned more often due to spilled/dropped drinks/foods. The market could have emergency toiletries available for purchase, such as contact solution.

Carmines Steak House that is attached to the hotel is very nice and the staff is very pleasant and attentive. However, be prepared as this is a very pricey restaurant. Coming from out of state we were surprised as we had no idea.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was very kind and helpful. The location was great. The location is within walking distance to the Gateway Arch and park. The breakfast was very good with many choices to choose from. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is actually beautiful! The room was cozy and the beds were very comfortable.

We were travelling by car, from Australia. We were staying for 2 nights. Could not believe the extras included for our stay.... free breaky, drinks etc later. Pity we could not use both cos of prior bookings Parking was tight

Toilet didn't flush well. Courtyard view description was a bit off since you are not looking at a courtyard or outside but at a walkway/hallway to the elevator

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy with a lot of options. Pool area was very comfortable. The observation deck was amazing 😁
