Breakfast was minimal, they did not clean our rooms, had to ask for towels as there were 4 of us and only 3 towels. When I asked for clean towels he only gave me two and I had to ask again for more. Blood on the comforters and room not that clean.

I requested a shower chair, asked at check in. We don't have one sorry but in the room there is a shower chair. Attending doesn't know the room. Asked for a couple of other things and sorry we don't have. Then I knew we were on our own

Pool and hot tub closed after confirming it was open. Kids running around without adult supervision. Supposed to have wifi but it was down also. Front desk wanted to keep my id and credit card at their office but i dont leave that with anyone!

I called to make sure the pool was open for my children I was told yes . When we got here we were told the pool was closed seen October. Super sad for my children.

Location good. Just now realizing Baymont is a budget hotel. Breakfast was typical. I liked the lighted bathroom mirror.

I paid $204 for one night and was disappointed to see the covers on the bed were dirty with black shoe prints, and the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed. One corner in the bathroom behind the door, part of the floor was missing, and some flooring and what looked like pipes was exposed. The curtains would not close properly and had to use a hair clip to keep them closed. Can't have motel 6 vibes and charge Double Tree prices.

Where should I start? The door had a gap underneath so we were afraid bugs would get in so we placed a towel to cover the gap. The phone was unplugged and we didn’t see a place to plug it. Good thing we had iPhones with us. The repair work was very sloppy. The dresser drawers kept getting stuck. The pillows were soggy and pillowcases were stained. There was no mirror above the sink in the bathroom but the area outside the bathroom had a huge fancy mirror but it was so high I could barely see. The hot water in the shower lasted about 30 seconds and that was it!!! While we were eating breakfast we hear two people complaining at the front desk about the lack of hot water. The breakfast are was clean and the breakfast items were decent. Hard to believe this is a Wyndham property!! We won’t stay here again.

THE POOL WASN'T IN SERVICE, THE ROOM PAINT JOB WAS PRETTY TERRIBLE AND THERE NEEDS TO BE A LIGHT OVER THE SINK.

The room was unclean behind the night stand. The floor had some kind of glue that stuck to our shoes and feet got my socks sticky. It had termites. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pool was not working, not even water in it. Just an old place.
