We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaNothing that anyone can change, but just note there is a train track nearby. Sound from the train overall wasn’t bad. Would suggest for very light sleepers to request the opposite end of the building. I’m a light sleeper and if the trains ran overnight I was able to sleep.
Property was convenient to the people and places I was visiting. Especially for someone not overly familiar with the area. The rooms were clean and staff friendly.

Perfect for a business trip, but if you’re trying to play tourist, be prepared to drive 15+ minutes to go anywhere. We were prepared for this when we booked though, and had a car, so it wasn’t a huge issue.
