United StatesThis was my first time staying at Harrah’s, and unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations—especially considering I paid for both my room and an upgrade. Despite paying for an upgrade, I was placed on a low floor with a view of the roof. I did not receive a complimentary room, so I expected a better effort in accommodating my request—something as simple as being placed on a higher floor would have made a significant difference. Additionally, the check-in process was extremely frustrating. There were only two agents at the desk, and guests were left to wait in line for over 30 minutes with no assistance. It wasn’t until it was nearly my turn that a third agent finally appeared to help. For a resort of Harrah’s reputation, this level of service is unacceptable. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. There was trash spilling out of the trash cans by the elevator, and garbage scattered across the floor. It was both unsightly and unhygienic. Overall, my first experience with Harrah’s was disappointing. I had higher expectations and hoped for a more welcoming and professional environment. I sincerely hope these concerns are taken seriously, as no guest should have to encounter these issues—especially not during their first visit.

United StatesWe found a worm-like insect in the bathroom, could have been an unfortunate one-time occurrence, not sure. The room had a lingering smoke-smell, even though we chose a non-smoking room. The TV would not work, it kept losing connection; however, for that we didn't contact front desk for assistance (I was planning to stream on my laptop anyway) so it is possible that the hotel could have fixed it upon request. The most upsetting part was that the room upon entering was freezing! It was 45 degrees outside, and it truly felt like it was only a couple degrees warmer inside. The heating system was clearly faulty, because even when I set it to max level just to get some warmth, it felt like the room maybe reached 60-65 degrees at most. Again, not sure if this is a reflection of all of the rooms at this hotel.
Great price, the jacuzzi was an amazing size, the bed was very comfortable, good wifi connection, plenty of parking, pleasant front desk staff.
