We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaFood and coffee in the breakfast area were cold. Had to get the keycards replaced because they initially did not work after check in.
The room was modern, clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was just OK. Eggs, meat and coffee in the pots were cold. Enjoyed the yogurt however. Lobby was warm and inviting and parking was easy. Very close to downtown Eagle and 1-70. Good place to stay for families and the breakfast was ok - just heat your food in the microwave.

United States of AmericaThis property does not come close to being on par with most Best Western *PLUS* properties we have stayed in. The breakfast food items that were supposed to be "hot" were not actually hot. I called to verify they had an airport shuttle and then when we arrived the airport, we were told the shuttle was not available and I had to spend $40 on an Uber ride.
The bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean. Decent variety of options for their free breakfast. You could walk to a few restaurants nearby.

Really needs an update. My room was very large. The microwave refrigerator space was excellent. The mattress was too soft making my back hurt and the shower really needs a good grout cleaning. I got this room because I have stayed at other spots in Eagle and they were a bit run down as well. I thought a Best Wesrern would be nicer. It was just a little nicer. Breakfast was nice but they were always out of something, even when I went earlier. Staff was friendly enough.

When we left, we saw that breakfast must have started at 6 but we were already leaving and didn't have time. It would have been great to know the correct information because we needed food and missed out.

Canadathe carpets and furniture were old and worn, music blaring from the room next door, telephone wasn’t working and the shower handle could only go part way which unabled us to get hot water. The maintenance man looked at it and said he had to get a machine to fix it and never returned. We called the front desk and was told the owner said that the temperature of the water is set and he wasn’t going to fix it. we agreed to change room after we had the front desk girl come and see we were not lying and what the problem was. So, because they would not fix it we were made to move into another room without any help or compensation. For a 3 1/2 star that states it is a Plus it was very disappointing and we would not recommend this hotel or come back.
