Great hot tubs, nice apartment style rooms. Good for what it is. Close to bike paths.

Lack of parking for more than one car, for a large family, and the place seems a bit worn down for that price. Without the pool and hot tub it wouldn’t be worth that charge. Resort is a bit of a stretch.

The apartment style rooms. The pools And hot tubs,

Convenient place to stay in Vail with everything you need without breaking the bank.

If you are looking for luxury accommodation this is not the place for you, it is a down to earth convenient option at Vail West. Good to travel with friends or family. Staff could be friendlier (although you will only interact with them at check-in/check-out so not a big deal).

Apartments have a great size, good spacious bedroom and large living room. Kitchen has all appliances that allow you to prep all sorts of meals. Free shuttle running every 20min to Lionshead make it super easy to get to the gondolas at the base of the mountain and return at the end of the day, super helpful to make your ski day stress free! It has all the basics you need for a ski trip that does not break the bank. Free parking is also great. Hot tub adds a nice touch at the end of the day.

Very friendly staff and the free shuttle to Lionshead village was extremely convenient. It was great to have a full size kitchen so I could easily eat before heading to the mountain and when i got home. there was a bus stop pretty close to the hotel as well, about a half mile down the road. cannot reiterate how great the staff was.

Maintained was a little bad , vents hanging off of building , need new kitchen towels ….Holes in ours .( second set ) .Need to spend money to buy FITTED sheets … not flat sheets that come out and loose every night you sleep in them . Need instructions on how to watch TV . Instructions were very vague .

Liked the code door … no key … loved king size bed … full kitchen

We visited late July, and having no A/C made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night even though each room has a ceiling fan. They do help increase the airflow, BUT not enough to cool it down. Sometimes, it felt like it was hotter inside than outside.

Family friendly, with a pool, hot tub, and sauna on the first floor. The second floor has a hot tub and plenty of chairs, tables, and grills to spend quality time with the family.

Silly to say, but the outside trash bin cover was very heavy and awkward to open. I know it’s that way to keep the Bears and other wild life out, but maybe a better positioning of the dumpster would make opening the lid easier.

An older, somewhat worn facility yet it was very clean and well maintained. Location was great to grab the free bus service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Benches to sit stream side and listen.

A few minimal things...one of the lights was out in the bathroom and it was already a little dimly lit. There was hair on the shower wall that didn't belong to us. And there was a pillow in the main room closet for the pullout bed that had a little blood stain on it. Couldn't get one of the tv's to work. We also got a call from the front office about a noise complaint at 9:30pm, right as we were coming home for the night & trying to get kids ready for bed. My kids were a little loud for about a five minute span while I was putting the baby down, but nothing too disturbing. Seemed a bit early to be calling about noise.

Location was great! Little traffic as it was at the end of a dead end road. Pool was good temperature. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen had all the appliances and kitchenware to eat in the room. There was no a/c, but there were extra fans and the overhead ceiling fans were helpful (we went in June). Windows opened and let in a nice breeze. I also found a humidifier in the bedroom which was so nice as the air was very dry. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of room for our pack and play. The fold out bed was comfortable. Appreciated seating at the island as well as the table. Ice machine in the freezer worked amazing! Great place for families. Park nearby. Had laundry facilities, but we didn't end up using them.

Not great for summer - zero air circulaiton in the room as only the bedroom window opens. Even if you put a fan near the window all night and close windows curtains during the day - very very warm in room.

Well maintained - 1/4 mile walk to bus stop. Nice pool/hot tubs and comfortable beds. Good folks at the reception desk.
