The location was convenient as it was near the highway and airport. It was very clean. There was a pleasant smell at this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great! The staff were friendly and professional.

The elevator had an unpleasant smell. It also smelled like smoke when we entered the hall that led to our room.

Thef staff at the front desk were very pleasant and courteous. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was clean. The grounds were well kept with nice landscaping.

We didn’t find anything out of sorts, nothing was amiss.

This is a well maintained, beautifully landscaped hotel, with an attentive staff. Every inquiry was met with a well considered, thoughtful reply. All were easily engaged, eye contact was thoughtful & we felt welcome. That’s not always the case while traveling. We’ve stayed here twice on our annual trek north, and we’ll likely stay again.

A free drink from a limited menu was complimentary, however, the wine I was served (Merlot) was horrible. The dinner we ordered from the restaurant was convenient but not impressive.

Room was clean and nicely appointed. Beds, pillows and linens were comfortable. Breakfast was unexpectedly nice for a free breakfast. Choices included eggs, bacon,potatoes, pancakes, bagels/toast, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit and juice/coffee, granola bars.

The desk area was directly below the large flat-screen TV, so it's not very comfortable if you want to work with background TV noise. I found a pair of earrings on the floor, which made me question the cleanliness, but it looked really clean overall. The hallway carpet is a bit worn and should be replaced.

The room was updated and comfortable with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. I felt secure as the building doors require a room card for access. There are plenty of outlets (USB outlets, too) and an alarm clock. Overall, it was very clean, especially the bathroom. I appreciated the free breakfast, and they offer a complimentary drink at The Deep End bar.

One of the nicest places we've been to. They truly are suites, not just hotel rooms. Bedroom is a seperate room and there is a kitchenette with a full size fridge, stove and other appliances. Everything was spotless. Beautiful outdoor balcony with a gorgeous view. Cozy outdoor common seating areas. Full service restaurant and bar on site. Delicious hot breakfast every morning. Staff is super friendly especially Lashone. She goes out of her way to make everyone's day with a smile on her face. It was great visit. This is going to be our go to place when we're in the area. I just can't say enough good things.

The bed is a little hard for my liking, but that is just a personal preference, not a mark against the stay..

Facilities are clean and secure! Your key card opens rhe otherwise locked building door. The breakfast was phenomenal, eggs, bacon potatoes, along with the usual continental breakfast things, all included.. The room was clean, and the toiletries were the refillable type more hotels are going to now.
