The view from our oceanfront room was incredible. The windows were superb in that they opened widely and we could hear the waves rolling in all night. They also had hot tea in the office as well as cookie time at 6pm, which was great.

The only thing that was wrong was that our microwave and coffee pot quit working. I think a breaker must have blown?

My bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The staff who assisted in the breakfast area kept all the tables cleaned and was on top of anything a person would need. It was great to be around such friendly staff.

That I asked for more decaf coffee pods and got caffeinated ones. So I just didn't have coffee last night. I didn't want to have them bring more up to my room.

Loved the room right on the beach. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The cookies in the evening were fun.

On our last night, we did hear lots of commotion and kids running up and down the hallway which made it hard to sleep. It went on most of the night.

The room stunk like a funky, mold smell. Definitely paying for the view cause the room is basic. The beds are hard and our fireplace didn't work.

It could use some upkeep and cleaning. It is outdated and could use some functional and cosmetic updates. The light fixture was beginning to fall out of the ceiling. The mattresses were cheap and quite uncomfortable, the shower water unfortunately was only warm and never reached hot.

It was very close to the beach and the rooms were spacious. Hotel staff was kind and helpful.

The pool was pretty far away from our room so the walk to and from was a bit chilly. Obviously nothing the hotel can do about it just make sure you bundle up!

Close to the beach, it was right out our door! The Main Street where all the fun things are was only a couple blocks away. There was a delicious little breakfast every morning and yummy chocolate chip cookies every evening. We were very pleased with our stay.

I was a little miffed about the amount of very rowdy youth at the pool. Most with zero parental watch and the parent who were there didn’t seem to care about the fact that their children were heathens. No fault of the property, but still a letdown.

I love the location and find that the value is great, with a pool and a decent breakfast.

The hotel is a little dated as many of the hotels on the promenade, but provides for your needs with comfortable beds and rooms, microwaves, and refrigerators. It's not for those looking for designer rooms.

The swimming pool was warm. The hot tub was great. The view was great. Location was great. It's on the promenade not far from the turn-around. Very close walk to many restaurants, shops, activities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and included pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, fruit, cereals, juices, yogurt, and pretty much covers your breakfast needs.

Dirty around the lower walls surrounding the pool and hot tub.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The 6 pm cookies were a hit with my daughter. Great choice of hot tea and the breakfast was nice, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal... I had a comfortable stay. Pet friendly and quiet .

This property had very clean rooms however some of the common areas like hallways and the elevator needed some serious cleaning and felt dirty. The rooms are dated but overall very clean!

This location was perfect for us -great access right to the beach and the pool. They were so accommodating to our pets and we felt so welcome! The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast attendant was so helpful and welcoming!
