Need more outlets in the room. There were only 2-3.

I liked the location - It was perfect to visit the pier but not be in the super busy section. Also, we ordered a Walmart delivery and the delivery man left all of our stuff in the check-in without bags. I was so surprised when front desk woman hand delivered every item to our room! This was above and beyond. She refused a tip and was very kind and gracious.

We had some rude Canadian people who did not speak English next to us and they would slam their door if we were sitting on the outdoor table. As if they wanted us to get up so they could use it. It was pretty uncomfortable at times but it didn't ruin our stay.

It's very quiet and a few steps from the beach. It's a quick walk to downtown. The pool is super warm. The owner is absolutely wonderful! This is a great place to stay in Old Orchard.

It would have been nice if there was coffee in the room for the morning did not realize we had to bring our own. For how much we paid we should have at least that in our room. Not many places in town that was open during the week that had breakfast. But it was a quiet stay and we enjoyed it. And the parking was tight

The bathroom is really tiny but considering the price of nearby hotels, we could not complain.

The property is just a few steps from the beach, and close to the city’s boardwalk and pier but far enough to be away from all the traffic and noise. The price quality ratio is great.the staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a functional kitchen perfect for breakfast and lunch. It was a perfect place for our family of 4

There were 2 annoying flys in our room. We were able to get one of them. The other will be there for the next guests. When the people above us took a shower at 6:30 each morning the loud sound of water running woke us up each day. The piping went up the inside of our outside wall.

The staff was wonderful, there was a dedicated parking spot, location to the beach was excellent, a very short walk. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. AC worked House keeping did a nice job daily replacing towels each day and making the bed.

Great location to center of town but far enough away so it was quiet. The biggest issue is the trains that run through the old orchard beach area. The tracks run close to the beach area so unfortunately when they get close to road crossing they must blow the horn’s at each road crossing. You just need to be aware some hotels are closer to these areas. This one is a several blocks from the closest crossing but you still hear them at various times. You won’t get much closer to the beachfront just be aware you’ll hear trains horns as early as 5:30 am or at mid night.if it wasn’t for the train this would be nine out of ten.

The room was spotless. The location by the beach was gorgeous. The staff were welcoming, helpful and gracious. I couldn’t ask for a more perfect place to vacation.

Our parking spot was across the road for our unit. It was really tight but a bit inconvenient as we had to leave some stuff in the vehicle and it wasn’t always accessible. It was just myself and three kids, so I didn’t feel comfortable sending them that far away to grab something. So, a bit of a nuisance that way. Parking is tight everywhere in this area though.

I really liked the pool and my kids enjoyed being able to swim into the evening. This was somewhat close to the Pier compared to some of the other area hotels so it helped with our walks to and from the shops and “town”.

The bathroom was a little small, but it was extremely clean so we didn't mind.

The location was excellent, a short walk to the beach. We loved how clean everything was. The room was the right size with plenty of room for everything. Having a kitchenette made out stay wonderful!

Dirty Carpet (literally a candy wrapper on the floor), bathroom was barely functional. It just felt old and not so clean. We had to park kind of far away from the motel. Thank God it was free parking (I think). Room just felt icky. Location was fabulous, which is why we chose it.
