The free wifi was a let-down. Only two devices allowed and we were 3 coworkers traveling. You had to renew your login every day and in general it felt a bit predatory with them really wanting you to pay for wifi. Same with things like pans and cutlery, although it didn't really affect us.

The location was surprisingly good because of the Eastpark at Dreamer bus stop being just outside and the Madison buses being good.

I paid for a dishwasher but did not get one. There was no dishware in the room, which was not advertised. I meant to cook my ow meals but ended up having to eat out, which defeated the purpose.

This is an extended stay facility—a place to live for a while. Not set up for vacationers. Our late arrival was an inconvenience because the front desk isn’t staffed for the whole night. I asked for an extra blanket in advance and was told they don’t loan them to guests. Great for its purposes, but not for our one-night road trip stopover.

Paint color in hallways and our room on 3rd floor was not a welcoming color. Got back to hotel at around 10:30 and front desk already closed/shut down and that was strange.

Didn't have breakfast. Nice hotel because it's new. Rooms were a good size. Staff was very nice.

1 - Why can you only connect 2 devices per room to the Wi-Fi? 2 - There is a cooktop in the room, but no pots or pans, no dishes or silverware whatsoever. 3 - The shower handles are weird - and the water just barely gets warm enough for a shower when it is turned all the way up. 4 - Comforters on the beds were pretty small/thin. 5 - No breakfast or food, no pool. We knew both of these things before booking, but this hotel is basically a short-term apartment rental.

It is a relatively new, clean hotel - the AC and Heat worked as they should. Bedding was clean, room was pretty clean.

Check in was a nightmare. Evidently the desk closes at 9p. which I was not informed. I had even talked to staff before we left (Wednesday) telling them we would not be checking in until 10:30p. Not a word that this could be a problem. Then we got there and the phone to call someone to let us in didn't work. Then the person that was doing the checkin couldn't sign in to get us checked in. After a long drive it was less than perfect. The staff was more than kind, I was just cranky at the time.

Very friendly staff, although not very knowledgeable.

I got a queen suite with only 3 pillows instead of 4 pillows. Also the lighting could be a bit brighter plus. However this place was super clean and safe.

Odd that there was not a covered car port for unloading baggage......also 2 people smoking { employees ? } outside of what appeared to be service door at end of building ...and the smell of pot.....No Blow dryer in Room....No towel racks by shower ,,,NO Hand towels....NO Coffee maker....Chairs very spartan...Beds 6 inches from wall...Place appears unfinished....1 small bottle of shampoo in bath ...No conditioner....poor lighting in the room.....had go down four floors...to get a cup of to weak coffee....NO EMPLOYEE on duty overnite till 8 AM.....

Location....8 deer in the soy bean field feeding.......that's about it

The property was very clean was able to check in a little bit early. The rooms were very nice and it was a short distance to camp Randall Stadium to watch the Morgan Wallen concert.

My room was very dirty, there was unflushed pee in the toilet and pubic hairs on the sink, no blankets on the bed, lint all over the floor, and a bunch of old room keys in there. The only person working was falling asleep and drooling while checking me in. He told me that he was the only person working and that he was on a variety of medications for pain. I left very shortly after I got there.

I guess I didn’t realize as an extended stay they wouldn’t even have an ice machine in the building. Otherwise the day was wonderful. I only stayed one night so I really didn’t have the opportunity to get ice.

But as an extended stay I was shocked that to get plates cups, utensils cost an extra fee. When I asked, the front desk told me to go to Walgreens to get some items. Expected at least basic cups and plates. The internet was a rip. Free was only two devices which today is nearly impossible. The paid gets I four devices but even the paid was not great. I found using my hotspot was cheaper and better internet than the hotel.

It’s was new so new hotel vibe.

There was no hair dryer. Room was not large enough to have two queen beds. The space next to the walls too tight and the floor in that tight space had not been cleaned-- very dusty. Shower water control difficult to understand how it worked. I had to unplug the heating/cooling system to get a quiet, comfortable sleep.

When we checked in we told the clerk that because we were there for a hospital surgery and were not sure of discharge time/date we were unsure of when we would leave (had reserved 3 nites but maybe needed only 2), she said she would see what she could do but there was uncertainty if we would be charged for the 3rd nite. We left at 9AM but were told we would be charged for the 3rd nite because we booked with booking.com. WiFi didn't work and there was nobody there to help with it.

You ask about breakfast, it was a vending machine! The coffee was fine
