Getting in and out of the garage caused the bumper on the car to scrape hard due to the steep incline.

The property was amazing. It had so much space and plenty of areas setup to handle pretty much anything. Having a garage to park in was awesome!

No televisions in the rooms and the face towels could have been better and the hand rails outside could use maintenance our group of elders was weary of the lose rails.

Things to be mindful of: it’s just off a Main Street of the city- lots of motorcycles and loud street noise. It’s also across the street from a fire department and bar. It’s also Nextdoor to residential homes that hire lawn services that start early in the morning despite you being on vacation time. You won’t know these things until you’re there already and figure it out. Pack noise cancelling whatever’s if you’re not used to the city.

It’s spacious and decently kept up. Close to great spots in the city. The garage is steep- consider what cars you have as they may scrape the cement going it. It’s weird there’s no cloth towels anywhere except for bathing…rolls of paper towels in bathrooms, bar soaps only in bathrooms too for handsoap. These are not the end of the world- just a heads up. While there are serated mostly only dull knives and some pots in kitchen…there’s no foil, plastic wrap, plastic bags, or much of any extra kitchen help. Just pans, knives, plates, cups, silverware, salt and pepper, creamer, coffee and coffee maker and toaster. Some pot holders. We brought steaks- no grill- sad pans for ovens, no containers to marinade in- pack accordingly. Thank goodness we packed a cast iron pan and all our spices. If you’re not a foodie cooking here- none of this should matter to you. We stayed as two families with high school/college kids. It was perfect space for 8 and we can totally see how fun this place would be for anyone wanting to stay close to Brady St nightlife. We loved walking to Eagle Park Brewery and Avli from here. Also to McKinley Beach.

Lighting in the bathroom and living room had some bulbs (aka lamps) that were burned out. The kitchen garbage can didn't have any bags in them so we just used plastic grocery bags. There were no towels (hand or dish towels) to use in the kitchen, a sponge was provide for rinsing dishes. The coffee pot was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Couldn't connect to the internet to watch TV in the basement on the larger screen.

The home was very nice inside. Extremely roomy, we never felt as though we were in cramped quarters. The porch off the master bedroom was nice. Furniture was comfortable.

As far as essentials like in kitchen and things there were lacking they didn’t even have a broom available

The location and it was just a giant awesome styled modern home the downstairs would be great for a big family gathering and t was practically on Brady with 2 garage parking spots

Although the house was clean, I would suggest the cleaning staff pay more attention to detail with cleaning the baseboards and other detailed areas.

The house was huge. Plenty of space for many guest. Great location, walking distance to Brady Street Restaurants and shops. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Our stay was very comfortable. We loved having bedrooms on the first floor. It really helped my mother in law with not having to walk the stairs to a bedroom.

We were unable to park in the garage/driveway due to the downhill ramp and the car bottoming out. There is free parking on the street which most often worked, except late in the evening.

We really enjoyed our stay! This home had many places for hanging out with plenty of seating and locations for relaxing, visiting, playing games, watching TV. Everything was clean and all the basics were provided. The owners were great with quick communication and assisted us with the couple of questions we had. Look forward to staying again in the future. Located near many restaurants and family fun locations.

Great location. Place was huge. Beds very comfortable. Beds comfortable. Washer and dryer in unit. Didn't use it but available. Garage parking available. Our SUV was tall so we parked on the street and there was a ton of parking available. Fun area. Lots of bars/restaurants nearby.
