There were holes in the wall and a large wet looking stain on the chair in the room.

The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked. I was only there to sleep overnight and leave in the morning.

The bathroom was in bad shape. Especially the door! The bedding was too lightweight. We paid for a double queen and got a single. It was overpriced!

We were able to book last minute and it was the lowest price that we could find. The location is near the freeway.

The microwave was seriously outdated with rust under the turning plate, there was mold spots in the grouting of the tub. The refrigerator was in a cubord that you would have to open the drawers just to get into it and the microwave door you couldn't open unless you lifted it up from the pull out shelf it was sitting on.

Requested a pet free room but was given a pet room that smelt extremely badly of urine. They switched us immediately upon request to a new room.

Room smelled strongly of disinfectant that neither opening the window nor running the fan could change. Holes in the bathroom door where someone obviously kicked and punched while trying to get in. 1960s-like motor hotel where anyone outside the room could easily be heard.

Room was like a Motel 6, only without any bugs. Really only a place to crash, use the bathroom and to shower.

The hotel is slightly dated, room facing highway and dark. But that is the typical problem of motel configuration that the window is facing the public corridor (and therefore have to keep curtain shut)

You could hear noise from the room next door. I paid as much for this old paint peeling place with no breakfast as for a Best Western.

The place just seemed run down. For example, the tub needed to have the caulking replaced as it was black. The cabinet for the TV had a gouge in it. There were multiple places where the walls had been scraped needed touching up. The bathroom door had been punched by a previous guest and had a black mark on it. An area next to the toilet looked dirty. I have more photos. The website said breakfast was included, but only coffee was available. I did consider changing to another place but didn't. Next time I will pay more to get a bit more.

I am still waiting for a return of my deposit. I have pictures of the room when I arrived. The bed, linens and soap were good. The staff were very helpful and nice when I couldn't find my key and when my key wouldn't work. The value of the room was as expected for the advertised price. I was only there to sleep although I did watch a little TV and read.

Landscaping and outdoor clutter.

All of the air conditioners were being replaced, which made for work zone clutter. Our modified Bookings reservation was not recognized, so we took an available Friday room. Trying to cancel a $94 “no show” fee was not fun. Freeway noise did not bother, but I would rather watch trains than semis.

This hotel, recently purchased by an OYO affiliate, is in need of and currently undergoing massive renovations and upgrades. I'm sure they need the revenue in order to pay for the renovations but it's a tough call as to whether to open the entire hotel or keep some of it closed until the renovations are made. Every hotel in the vicinity was full so obviously the need is there.

Our check-in host allowed us to choose a room. We are grateful for that. Room was very comfortable, clean and adequate for a night's stay. Coffee was good and strong in the morning!
