The shower was leaking forever. There was water around the fridge when we arrived. Old bedroom with some bad smell.

Quick check-in, easy access to parking spot. Comfy beds, good curtains to cover the morning light. Heater worked well with some noise.

The TV didn't receive a signal. We had our phones and were only staying overnight, so we didn't care. There was no hot water at the sink, so I wonder if there was hot water in the shower. We didn't have to use the shower, so I don't know. The building is dilapidated, but the interior of the room was great. It was a good value. I hope the owners fix it up and have a lot of success.

It was convenient and quiet even though a train passed nearby. I hardly heard a thing.

They said breakfast was included but it was just few pieces of low-quality wrapped pastry which we didn't eat. The payment was not received from Booking.com prior to my check in and the management made me call the booking.com customer service to follow up before they checked us in, or we should have paid again and then resolved with Booking.com later. I ended up spending 45 min at midnight calling the customer service and resolve the situation. This was not completely their fault since they needed to have a method of payment before checking in guests. But overall the experience between Booking.com and Eco Lodge caused a lot of inconveniences for a one-night stay during our road trip.

The night I was supposed to arrive a flash flooding hit the area. The entire town was blocked off. I cannot give this property an honest review as I was not able to get to it. However booking through the app, I was not able to be refunded for the night.

The so called breakfast was mini muffins and coffee. The room was dirty everything in the room was dirty from the sheets to the towels to the floor and even in the dresser. The tv kind of worked the a/c worked one night then it didn't.

keypads were frozen so had to call office everytime to get back in the room bathroom was freezing shower didn't work chairs were to big for the table pillowcases and towels were all stained I feel like I should have been paid over hundred dollars to stay there also parking lot and sidewalks were nothing but ice

They only offered tiny muffins for breakfast, the WiFi didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work. The staff were incredibly rude.

Everything! From the drive up to the guest services to everything in the room, the parking area, the towels, sheets, bathroom shower stall, sink, etc.!!!! I have pictures!

I have pictures to prove the condition of the accommodations, deplorable doesn’t seem quite harsh of an adjective!!! I am complete dissatisfied and humiliated since I took a guest who is not from the area. We were both appalled at what we were introduced to!!!

The first room was a smoking room with 2 double beds and it was disgusting. It smelled like poop and there were weird stains on the beds. The air conditioner did not work and because of that we got a free upgrade to the king size room. The king size room did not smell but it needed mopped, there was dirt on my socks after walking around the room in them. It could be very nice if it was swept and mopped. There were only 2 bar soaps in the king size room, no shampoo, or conditioner, and that wasn’t adequate for showering.

The outside lights on the balcony came on a little too early.

Nice little balcony for only $5 more. Wide open room with tall ceiling. Some of the softest sheets I've ever felt.

Staff was great and very understanding. My dog kept getting loose when i left the hotel room and they would not get upset they would call me and let me know. Was a bit of confusion for my booking but any problem we had they handled it nicely. Great people

VERY reasonable price for a newly remodeled king room. It was very clean.too. Front desk staff went out of their way to correct an issue with the shower drain.

We paid for room with breakfast and didn't get any breakfast...The room wasnt very nice as well. The curtains were ragged, we were not able to open windows.
