We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No Frills!! Remember that going in. The place is a get in get out kind of facility. The rooms are really old and the owners are trying to keep it clean, but the rooms are aged and beat up.

United StatesAlthough this isn’t the hotels fault, People were fighting downstairs, neighbors were very loud. Room still smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. Doors were very loud and had trouble closing them which had us questioning our safety especially with the fighting. Heat wouldn’t work. Got woken up at 5 am with someone screaming outside of my door. Not a good hotel if you have a baby! The workers though were very nice.
