There was so much ice in the parking lot and they did nothing to get rid of it. I almost slipped and fell several times

The beds in all rooms are very bad and ancient. I have had to stay in 3 different rooms here. The beds all are way past their life expectancy. All door slam shut and will wake you up as people leave in the morning.

The rooms were not very clean, we had a chair in our room (cloth) that was very stained and dirty.

Very accommodating staff. We needed a lower level room and when we arrived they had us on a 2nd floor. The desk manager, quickly arranged a first floor room for us.

The person checking us in had trouble using our booking.com confirmation number. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and horrible so much that I had to buy my own pillow from walmart just to sleep through the second night.. The air conditioner was very loud and didn't work well. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom would move when we had the window open. The floor was wood laminate, and it could have used a rug or two. The breakfast wasn't great. The tv was tiny. We had planned on playing video games on it, but it was too small to do so. Also, the only toiletry provided was one bar of hand soap. Most hotels provide the basics as a courtesy. Lastly, the whole hotel had a really strange smell to it.

It was inexpensive, and the rooms had been updated. Lots of storage in room. Loved that the window opened for fresh air. I had one request for my room, and it was fulfilled.

Price,179.00 felt like we got gouged be cause of the concert in town. Price should have been around 79.00 a night for that hotel.Could not get the T.V to work properly.

Needs updating. Towel bar torn from wall. Furniture old and beat up and torn from wall leaving marred wallls. Small TV. the common areas smelled like they dumped gallons of Carpet Fresh on the carpeting to cover up odors.

The colors in the rooms used on the bedspreads is atrocious.

Liked the price and the vinyl flooring in room. Have never been in such a budget hotel where the doors don’t slam so bravo to maintenance as I didn’t hear it once and we were next to entrance.

Sheets on one of the beds in our room were covered with sand (entire bed)even though the bed was fully made upon arrival. Questioned If the sheets were actually changed?

There was sand on the edges of the tub and felt like sand on the floor. The mirror in the bathroom had bugs on it at the top and the wall mounted hair dryer was dirty on top. Had to switch rooms because tv didn't work. There was an odor when you walked in the door but didn't notice it in the room

We had 3 people in the room and only had towels and toiletries for 2.would have been nice to have another chair in the room.because one of us always had to sit on the bed when in the room.otherwise are stay was wonderful and will be back for sure.

The employee in the morning was not very friendly. There was no information about a switch on the wall needed to work the thermostat/AC. The control to make the tub run as a shower was in an odd placement, and there were no instructions on how to use it -- and a call to the front desk didn't clean up the confusion, despite the employees attempt.

The employee at the desk when I checked in was very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Having continental breakfast available was nice. The employee was also sure to tell me about the Life Rides program running in town for New Years Eve, and helped me find a parking spot and door closest to my room after I explained that my boyfriend was blind and would need my assistance.
