Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesThe area really smelled and there were sketchy people around. I felt safe walking to the concert and to my car but I wouldn’t do much else walking.
The area was not super ideal, it was dirty and the room needed some help. The biggest reason I am giving this property what I did was it was PERFECT for going to the George Strait concert. I was very stressed about parking at the concert and this was the perfect solution. We walked to and from the concert with no issues and felt very safe doing so. Parking at the hotel was not monitored so thankfully there was parking with no issues. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, it just needed some touch up’s. There is an elevator so that we didn’t have to drag our suitcases to the top floor. It is on a busy street so there was street noise but it wasn’t unbearable. I would stay here again if going to SoFi stadium for anything

United StatesI had chosen the option to pay at the property. We showed up like 340 and when we went to pay the worker said it was already prepaid. He said the card on file was good so they charged it. What if I wanted to pay with a different card or cash? If I wanted to prepay, I would have paid for it when I first booked it.
The room was very spacious and super clean. It was also like a 15 minute walk to so fi stadium.

AustraliaI would like to have had carpet flooring as when it got cold during the night the flooring also cooler under foot.
It had a convenience store close by so that was handy. I had thought I had booked with friends however there are 2 motel 6 in Inglewood so I had to walk from 1 to the other I do not advise. The room was basic and clean. It had a fridge so that was good as many hotels charge extra.

United StatesIf you stay for 5 or more days they’ll wake you up at 8am w a call saying they need to service your room ( I didn’t need service )but they said I had no choice and had to sit outside for 30 minutes while they cleaned my room ( they did do a good job cleaning ) idk it was just weird . I’ve stayed at motel 6 b4 for extended time and I never experienced forced cleaning 😂 and I gotta sit outside while you clean around my stuff ! And I just got off my zoom meeting and was finally going to sleep !?crazy . But it was cool. I feel like the staff was rude in a way but not vocal just very racist seeming .

United StatesWith it being in a busy street you can hear all the cars passing, the planes passing. Our room smelled of smoke more so in the bathroom. I don’t know why but some people were tossing a football around at 12 am -1am that kept me up.
Second time staying here and the location is prime for sofi stadium. The hotel itself has good parking and the rooms are clean.

United States* Mostly due to the design of the hotel itself, the noises and sounds from the busy Century Blvd reach really loud inside the rooms. I thought at some point the window was open, but it wasn't. Also the airplanes departing/approaching LAX are loud as well. * The surrounding area is a little sketchy. Homeless sleeping on the street. Shady individuals walking by. Nevertheless, we regularly took our dogs around a block East of the hotel, where there are a couple of nice grass spots, and we didn't encounter or have concerns with anyone. Is not as bad as, say, Hollywood Blvd East. * Almost all of them pillows have some plastic cover, under the case, which was a little weird. * A guest told me, while walking our dogs in front of the hotel, “Don’t go there, don’t go there” pointing to the area across from the hotel (South). It sounded as if he knew what he was talking about. * One of our dogs got ticks. Not sure if it was in the hotel itself or from the grassy patches over S Flowers St., East of the hotel.
* Their location is absolutely phenomenal for events in the Sofi Stadium, Intuit Stadium or the Youtube Theater, reason for which we stayed there. It’s a relaxed 20 mins walk to the main entrance of the Youtube theater! Intuit Dome is even closer. * The 2-queen bed room was very, very spacious! Ideal for a large group (4 people) and/or having a big dog, as we do. They had a fridge which can be very handy. No microwave though. * The rooms have been recently revamped, with floors, plantation style shutters (instead of drapes or run-down curtains), doors, paint and more notoriously, the bathrooms! It was very nice, specially the shower, one of the best we've been in high or low hotels. * There are not that many rooms, strange for a Motel 6, which is also nice. The fewer people, the nicer. * We tend to travel with our furry companions and it's probably the 1st hotel in the LA area that I've been or known where they don't charge extra for pets! In the parking lot itself there are narrow sections of dirt and a few trees for them to go potty, but I found via Google Maps, there are grassy sections on the next street over, to the East. * They don't charge for parking, which is also absolutely remarkable.
