broken tile in bathroom along with shower head held on with rag of some sort. TV that didn't turn on(had faulty outlet) smoke alarms not hooked up. faucet only gave you boiling water. the ac/heater was set at a high temperature. could not really turn down much. had to check in across the street at the quality inn(hand written note at front desk).

the view and easy parking. beds were clean and comfortable.

Kindly note that the pancake batter and orange juice have both gone bad, making the breakfast unfit for consumption. You have to notify them of everything, but the language barrier is horrible. They do not understand what is being said.

During first entering: beds not made. Dirty towels on bed and on bathroom floor. Toilet not flushed. Nobody in front office after third call. Breakfast was supposed to be at an adjacent hotel

Not cleaned or serviced after previous guest checked out. TV didn't work. No security latch on door. The bathroom door wouldn't close. Floor was filthy. Of course, linens had not been changed. Had to drive to a different motel (Quality Inn) to check in.

Everything. Could not even check in on sight. Had to go over to quality inn because they had no manager at all.

The breakfast was terrible , there was no manager on duty until 9 am. The waffle mix was all water. It never cooked properly all you had was a empty crust. Warm milk ,,,

When I arrived I was told there were no rooms available. I contacted Booking.com and was told they could not reach the property so there is nothing they can do. So just out $130 I guess. Not using Booking.com again...

Everything was super dirty. Didn’t expect anything fancy but it would of been nice to at least have a clean room that didn’t feel gross to put our stuff in

Some of the furniture was broken and repaired badly The bedspreads were old and mismatched No soap or shampoo 1 towel, 1 washcloth Tub was very old and in poor condition Repairs to walls done badly Heater had 2 settings-off or on Check in had to be done at a motel across the road No staff in the office

The TV got absolutely no channels and couldn't use the mini fridge since it stunk so bad; had to spray the room to get the smell out after we had opened it to put our drinks in. No breakfast, had to go down the street to another motel fir breakfast.

No breakfast even though one was advertised, no in room coffee, no ice machine, room stank of smoke. This is an old facility which needs updating.

Although we arrived well after check in time, there was no room available that was clean so we had to wait while the front desk employee cleaned one.. I reserved a king, but got a double queen. There was no breakfast available although my reservation stated that there was. The woman at the front desk was totally inept. Upon checkout, I rang the bell several times and no one came out from the private area to assist me, so I was unable to get a receipt. Even with the additional pet deposit, the charge on my credit card was $12.00 more than my online reservation.

The hotel needs a lot of fixing. You have to go to the next hotel across the road for breakfast. Both hotels are own by the same hotel.

There is no area to take your animal to pee, no pool, carpet in the room would've been nice. Updating needs to be done inside and out.

Breakfast was to be got from across the street somewhere, very awkward so i didnt get it. Floor was hard so it felt dirty. The curb appeal was very lacking, if I went by the outside look of the place,i wouldn't have stayed. When I woke in the middle of the night my door was open!! Good thing I had the top lock attached or it might have been wide open. Scary! Also I had to pay for my support animal, federal law says I am not supposed to have to pay.
