Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The carpet in our room was a bit sticky and damp like it had not been rinsed and dried properly after shampooing. The whole room felt a bit damp so it could probably use a good dehumidifier.
The outdoor amenities were a great touch for some scenic nature downtime. We really enjoyed the indoor pool with waterfalls, the hot breakfast and comfortable beds. Also, the location was perfect for walking to dinner and some of the area attractions.

The driveway in and out was narrow.
The location was really convenient, the breakfast was really good and the pool facilities were very nice. Being on the river was really nice.

Our room was enclosed by building and pool. Someone was smoking weed outside and the smell came in our room. We were unable to see the river or cars go by. Also found a dead roach and cricket in room.
Location was great. Beds comfortable. Loved the river and sitting watching the ducks.

We was to have queen room with 2 queen beds . But they were full size beds and when ask about it they said all choice hotels use industrial size queens which is full. But that is not true was just there in February and clarion hotel uses queen beds when they say queen beds. Not happy about this.

There was no one there to watch over the pool and hot tub. Both nights we were there ,their was two separate families that took over the pool and hot tub. It's unfair to the rest of the guest

Website waffle irons in the pictures of the hotel for breakfast. There were no waffle irons on location . . It was the reason I picked this hotel over the other options

Beds could have been better. Mattresses seemed like time for new ones.

The only problem was when you tried to leave the hotel in your automobile, it was hard to get out onto the road due to traffic conditions.
The amenities were great. The pool was nice and clean. The hot breakfast was good. The staff were nice. The river running behind the property was amazing.

Breakfast included was great, but maybe have some more options added to the hot selection. Like pancakes / waffles and bacon.
It was nice having the pool and hot tub open until 11. Also the view of the river was very beautiful. Location is good

I fell the day of arrival and all the handicapped rooms were taken and the closest room that was available was on a different floor on the opposite side of the hotel. It was too much walking. The AC did not work properly. We checked out a day early when they didn’t have another room available and no offer to compensate for the 1 night.
I like the nice indoor pool area. It also has a kiddie pool and hot tub. The price was great!

Indoor pool chemicals were to strong. Shower head ducked. Not strong enough barely a mist took forever to get a showered.
River behind hotel area amazing fire pits. Grills and tables to sit st. Wild life to watch and peaceful. Breakfast is nice
