There are other hotels with more recent upgrades. But overall this is totally fine. If you just want a decent and clean place to stay for the night it will do the trick. Reminder: This is a motel. You park outside on a surface lot and enter your door from the outdoor hallway.

Good location great price for Sacramento. They allowed me to park my car all day while I attended meetings (and before I checked in).

Everything is dated. Spiderwebs on the walls. Floors with cracks. Dust everywhere. Went for the free breakfast and the orange juice was old (had carbonation and probably fermented) toaster didn’t work. Cereal was good though.

Has everything you would need! Bare bones hotel :) Came for Sacanime and the distance is reasonable! You get what you pay for so there’s not much to expect. The people running the place are super nice though!

Nothing, everything was nice.

Really basic motel but very clean, comfortable, and in a nice walkable spot that felt safe and pleasant. We walked to the event about a mile away and it was really nice the whole way. The manager at check in was very kind and friendly, and everything smelled and looked clean. Cute little continental breakfast with good coffee was a nice bonus.

Heater A/C is on motion sensor so you can’t leave it on when you go to dinner. Room was hot every time I came back to my room and it also shut off at night when I was sleeping sometimes.

It’s walking distance to many restaurants and to do’s. Good value for price.

The quality of service was a bit peremptory. More tourist information (e.g. a decent map with tourist places marked) would have been welcome. The breakfast was rather meagre albeit free and better than nothing.

The location on the outskirts of the main downtown area was accessible by bus but just easy enough to get to by walking for a car-less person. It was a quiet area with pleasant surroundings. The amenities were fine.

We had black mold all over the shower, beds were not that comfy. And other guests were super loud very late at night.

Hotel was decent. Mostly clean (no bed bugs- so that’s a bonus), parking wasn’t an issue.

The room smelled strongly of smoke causing headache and dry burning eyes. The floors are squeaky so we felt we were disruptive to neighbors. Room, especially bathroom, did not feel 100% clean. Some hangers missing from closet. Pillows were flat. Had a hard time sleeping since person occupying room above kept walking around through the night.

Convenient location, near so much. Affordable price. Nice to have complimentary continental breakfast.

It is not a fault of the hotel but the surroundings of the property are quite sketchy... many homeless people and mostly at night it seems not the safest place.

some routine maintance needs ie touch up painting, removing grimr from main office door. room floor needed better cleaning.

location was main reason for choice. adequate breakfast options. elevator to 3rd floor helps.. we have stayed here before. i like the rear windows for air circulation.

Despite being in a decent neighborhood, the hotel felt gross. Cords coming out of walls near the ceiling, tape over peephole, loud fridge that we weren't able to unplug, heater that blew cold air.

Good price for the area. Front desk staff was friendly. Continental breakfast included (but we didn't attend, so I'm not able to speak to its quality).

the property like all of downtown sac is frequented by people living on the streets. when I went to my room some guy was hanging out with a pizza box by the stairs. walking to and from my meeting a few blocks away meant navigating tents and trash and folks that obviously need some help.

the location was great for downtown Sacramento. I had a short walk to my meetings and getting to and from the place was easy. the people at the front desk were very friendly and there was a simple continental breakfast. the room was clean but dated. I was able to leave my car there during my meetings on the day I checked out.
