The small of pot in the hallway was awful. It seemed like quite a lot of shady people staying in this hotel.

It was an excellent choice for me and two of my grown children and one grandson. We had to attend a funeral in Fredericksburg.

For the price point, I would have expected a little more from the accommodations. The place was loud inside, you could hear doors opening and shutting. Upstairs you could hear people moving around in their rooms. The hallways definitely have that lingering smoke smell and the rooms, while clean, could have used a second go over. The location is convenient though a little confusing to get it at first since it is not actually at the mall, but close by. Nothing else to really speak of there. It's off a main highway and not a whole lot view wise. Lastly, they give you a whole bunch of towels, but oddly three small pillows for a King size bed for two people.

Affordable and centrally located. The accommodations were sufficient and the central location was hard to beat. Staff were nice and helpful and plenty of parking.

We had to call the office 2 times to get the tv fixed. No one was at the front desk when we arrived. There was a women already waiting and 2 more people came in after. Tried to call, phone on counter rang.

During the bicycle trip, I passed there, but it was so difficult and dangerous to get there with a bicycle cause the road condition and lots of crazy drivers.

King size bed was super comfortable. Also, the bathroom was clean.

Terrible shower only worked as handheld, and very low water pressure. Tricky to get the A/C to work, but I finally got it. Great to have a coffeemaker in the room, but impossible to use it safely on the tall hutch--maybe they should leave it unplugged so the customer can move it to a more convenient location. If this place has breakfast, they never mention it at check-in.

Very convenient location, clean and reasonably priced. Easy to check in and out. Great blackout curtains. Quiet and comfortable. Appreciated the accessible bathroom. Easy to get the extra pillows I needed.

The location is kind of difficult to get to, as it is a very busy roadway out front. I never got my fifty dollar deposit back, and I left the room the way I found it.

The man who checked me in was rude and talked to me like I was an idiot when I removed my credit card from the card reader, as the reader instructed, before my card processed for the deposit. The box spring or bed support seemed to be worn and made noises every time we got into or out of bed; that didn't affect our comfort. We were glad the high and low fan settings on the A/C worked, but it was noisy, and we couldn't direct the air flow toward the bed at all. And I am concerned that the deposit is still showing twice on my credit card transactions; I was assured at checkout that this is normal. I'll see if both charges disappear when the deposit is credited back..

Very convenient location, very clean, and comfortable enough. Good TV and cable. Appreciate the fridge and coffeemaker, even though the coffee was only okay. The accessible bathroom was a huge improvement, and very nice.

Kind of an ugly location, but that didn't matter. The bathroom outlets didn't work; we adjusted. Going to the bathroom was scary, because the toilet was low, the floor was slippery, and there were no grab bars. The bathroom fan was noisy but pretty ineffective, so the floor got even more slippery after we took showers. The air conditioner was loud, but it worked; I wish I could have adjusted the fan speed. I also wish I had gone back to the lobby and asked for extra pillows.

The room was very clean, and the price was decent. It was pretty comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. Glad to have TV, coffeemaker, fridge, and microwave for my overnight stay. The location was very convenient to my daughter's apartment and Route 1, and the drive was easy. It was good enough for our needs. The room was extremely clean, quite comfortable and quiet, and we slept well and felt safe.

The hall way smelled god awful. The carpet was so dirty in the halls my feet stuck to it. When I got into the room. The place smelled like chemicals from a pool. Ironically enough there was no pool. Every 10 minutes a cop would patrol the premises.
