United StatesThe bed was AWFUL! It was like a ROCK!! My back hurt so bad today after sleeping on it. I was in room 214, the fan in the bathroom didn’t have a cover so if you aren’t paying attention and lift your arms up as you’re drying off from a shower you could accidentally reach up and cut yourself on that! Wow!
I liked the location. It was close to the Tanger Outlets, plenty of places to eat nearby and close to where I was working.

Yogurt was thick and old, peanut butter package old. TV Remote missing back, in bathroom something brown on wall, entrance door not properly closed, you can see light from hallway.

United StatesWhen I took my first shower (Monday) the water did not get warm! I asked the staff at the front desk and was told “It is an old building and you have to let it run a few minutes.” The next morning, I let it run and it did get warm. The only days hot water was hot were Friday and Saturday.
I picked this hotel because it was close to my family, the main highway, and away from the busy beach traffic. Check-in was fast and easy. This is an older hotel and could use some updates. The room was spacious and clean. The air worked well. The mattress was very comfortable.

United StatesThe elevator was scary. It cracked and popped so loudly. I always took the stairs. The inside of the elevator had a handwritten note that said “cert at desk”. I kind of believe there wasn’t one.
My room was big and it was very clean. Perfect for my short stay and what I needed. The hallways smelled funny.

The room was good. Bedding was clean. The bathroom had some issues. The fan cover was hanging down but it worked. One of the lights was out. The latch at the top of the door was broken. The elevator was a little scary, made a lot of noises.

United StatesThe guy running the front desk was being was rude to me for no reason, when I went to check out he said "your good to go" and when I asked for my deposit back *note that booking.com never mentioned I had to pay a 100$ deposit* he almost rolled his eyes at me and threw the money on the counter slammed his register and sat down and didn't speak to me past that. I'm seriously not one to complain because everyone has bad days... but I did not like how I was treated
